Objective The purpose of this paper is to through the TVS-type 3 d evaluation palace cold infertility patients and the receptivity of endometrium and endometrial blood flow parameters of Uterine artery(UA)and Spiral artery(SA)Pulsation index(Pulsation index PI),Resistance index(hold the index RI)compared with normal group of the same menstrual cycle,analysis between the two groups of endometrium receptive and blood flow parameters,the characteristic of Uterine Spiral artery changes,with a new quantitative index prediction and assessment type palace cold infertility patients with endometrial receptive and blood flow,Uterine artery and Spiral artery changes,provide reference for clinical choice accurate treatment plan.Methods From March 2017 to September 2017,40 cases of patients with cold type infertility in our hospital and in the same period in our hospital with a healthy physical examination have been collected and divided into the case group and the control group.Among them,there are congenital uterine malformations,uterine fibroids,ovarian cysts,polycystic ovary and other diseases.The subjects were all tested in TVS-3D on the 10 d and 14 d of the menstrual cycle,and the endometrial morphology was observed,and the thickness and the attachment were recorded.The highest velocity,RI and PI values were recorded by using color doppler and energy doppler to show UA and SA.The endometrium volume image was obtained by using TVS-3D automatic volume mode,and VOCAL analysis software was applied to delineate the intimal contour of every surface.Paint finish,automatically get lining volume and Blood flow parameters: Vascularization index(VI),Blood flow index(FI)and Vascularization Blood flow index(VFI),at the same time automatic calculation and display the lining volume data results.The above data is taken as the last value with the average of three measurements.Results 1.Compare the case group(palace cold infertility group)and control group(normal group)in follicular phase and the lining thickness of oviposit period,by t test,P<0.05,difference has significant statistical difference;Comparative case group and control group in follicular phase and type of endometrial ovulation,examined the ?2 test and P>0.05,the difference has significant statistical difference.2.Comparison of the uterine arterial PI and RI values of the case group and the control group in the follicle stage and t-he ovulation period,with t test,P>0.05,the differences we-re not statistically significant.3.Compare the case group and control group in follicular phase and the uterine spiral artery PI,RI values of oviposit period,PI,RI value case group was obviously higher than that of normal group,the t test,P < 0.05,the difference is statistically significant.4.Compare the case group and control group in follicular phase and ovulating endometrial blood flow parameters VI,FI and VFI,VI,FI and VFI in case group was obviously lower than the control group,the t test,P < 0.05,significant difference statistically significant.5.Compared with the control group,the volume of endometrial volume in the ovarian follicle stage and the ovulation period was measured by t test,P<0.05,and the intimal volume of the case group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The endometrium thickness and volume in the ova-rian follicular and ovulatory infertile group(case group)wer-e smaller than those in the control group,and the endometriumVI,FI and VFI were significantly lower than those in the cont-rol group,showing statistical difference.The uterine spiral artery PI and RI in the case group were significantly higher th-an those in the control group,with statistically significant differences.The above parameters provide a new quantitative in dex for the evaluation of uterine cold infertility.
