Objective:To develop Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis to observe the unique advantages of Zhuanggu Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures clinical efficacy,to explore the feasibility of Zhuanggu Huoxue Decoction on the treatment of OVCFs and effectiveness.Methods:This study collected from September 2014?2017 year in February admitted to the Department of orthopedics during the Longyan Charity Hospital of Fujian province OVCFs by percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)in 62 cases of patients,according to the order of treatment,were randomly divided into experimental group patients(32 cases)and control group(30 cases).In the successful implementation of unilateral percutaneous kyphoplasty has been formulated,in addition to the use of anti osteoporosis drags,without the use of other drugs that affect research index,the above two groups were treated for 2 months.The control group was given(Caltrate-D+ Calcitriol Soft Capsules)anti osteoporosis treatment,treatment in the experimental group,the control group with Zhuanggu Huoxue decoction.All the patients in each group were observed before and after operation.The time of observation was limited to preoperative,1 days,3 days,3 months and 6 months.The VAS and ODI scores,bone mineral density(BMD)and Cobb angle were measured and recorded before and after the study.All data were processed by statistical software.Results:1.A comparative analysis of pain and visual analogue scale(VAS)and Oswestry disability index(ODI)between the two groups before and after 1 days and 3 days showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in pain and function intervention between the two groups in a short time after treatment.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups at 3 and 6 months after operation(P<0.05),indicating that Chinese medicine treatment group has more advantages in terms of long-term and long-term efficacy,such as relieving low back pain,recovering patients' social activities and improving their quality of life.2.A comparative analysis of two groups of 1 days,3 days,3 months before and after treatment of Cobb angle,two groups of data showed significant difference(P<0.05),but there was no difference between two groups.There was no significant difference between the two groups of vertebral height recovery in the short term after treatment.The Cobb angle at 6 months after operation showed significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the long-term observation of vertebral body height was better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group.3.Compared and analyzed the bone mineral density of the two groups at 1 days and 3 days after treatment.There was no difference between the groups(P>0.05),suggesting no statistical significance.Postoperative bone density of 3 months and 6 months were significantly improved than before,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),with longer follow-up,the experimental group increased more obvious advantages,bone density in the long-term consolidation and improvement,the experimental group is more effective.Conclusion:Most of the traditional treartment methods for osteoporotic fractures are effective in reinforcing the liver,kidney and spleen,and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.In this study,after PKP combined with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment,to maintain the vertebral height,consolidate and improve bone density,relieve back pain,improve the quality of individual life such as long-term effect,can effectively reduce the progression of osteoporosis,so the treatment is worth promoting cooperation in drug treatment of OVCFs after PKP.
