ObjectiveOf this study was to explore the elaborating dietary prescriptions combined emotional regulation effect on the health status of patients with hashimoto's thyroiditis, set fine dietary prescriptions combined emotional regulation as the main measures of intervention,by implementing intervention plan, help patients correct bad diet, adjusting control bad feelings, thereby improving the body immunity, improve symptoms, reduce or prevent the complications, improve patient non-drug therapy in patients with hashimoto's thyroiditis consciousness and according to the medical behavior.MethodsRadom drawing from May 2016 to February 2017,72 patients who were first diagnosed as hashimoto's thyroiditis in the health management center of a third-class hospital in this city were randomly selected as the study subjects. The control group and the intervention group were randomly divided into 36 cases in each group. Before the intervention, the general situation questionnaire,sf-36 health status summary table and mental stress analyzer were filled in to measure the basic health status of patients in the two groups.Intervention process, the control group only given conventional treatment and health education, intervention group on the basis of conventional treatment and health education to give fine dietary prescriptions joint of emotional regulation interventions in the intervention of 3 months,6 months to detecting serum TGAb and TPOAb levels, mental pressure, fill in the SF-36 health profiles to assess the intervention effect. In the aspect of statistics,SPSS17.0 statistical software package was used for data entry and analysis.Results1.Results of general data survey: 72 patients with hashimoto's thyroiditis comprised 8(11.10%)males and 64(88.90%)females,with a ratio of 1:8 males to females.Age at most 65 one full year of life, the minimum age of 24,average age(41.38±9.52),including 41~50 years old age 29 patients(40.28%),69(95.83%)of married people,bachelor/college degree in 54(75.00%),type of work, the professional technical post 16(22.22%),42 administrative positions(58.33%),4(5.56%),individual retirement 10(13.89%),8(11.11%),smoking not smoking 64(88.89),Alcohol(81.94)of 59 people,do not drink(18.06),13 daily salt intake in 28 more than 8 g(38.89),13(18.06%),people often eat seafood, regular consumption of preserved food 30(41.67);24(33.33%)people who ate little dairy products and 25(34.72%)people who ate little potato and other grains.26(36.11%)people who did little exercise,30(41.67%)people who exercised for less than 30 minutes at a time, and 4(5.56%)people who regained their physical strength for more than an hour after exercise.2.Sf-36 health status questionnaire results of the two groups: before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of each dimension between the two groups(p>0.05).At the third month after intervention, there was a statistically significant difference in physiological function, energy and general health status between the intervention group and the control group(p<0.05).After the end of the intervention, there was a statistically significant difference in scores between the two groups except for somatic pain dimension(p<0.05).3.Results of mental stress analysis in the two groups: before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in scores of various indicators of mental stress analysis between the two groups(p>0.05),which was comparable. At the 3rd month of the intervention group, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the comparison of various indicators(p>0.05).After the intervention, there were statistically significant differences in autonomic nervous system activity, compressive resistance, stress index, fatigue index and comparison between the two groups of patients(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in balance, cardiac stability and heart rate score of autonomic nervous system(p>0.05)4.Comparison of serum TGAb and TPOAb between the two groups of patients: before intervention, the comparison of serum TGAb and TPOAb between the two groups of patients was not statistically significant(p>0.05)and comparable. At the third month of intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in serum TGAb and TPOAb between the two groups(p>0.05).After the end of the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in serum TGAb between the two groups. The difference in serum TPOAb was statistically significant(p<0.05),but it was still above the normal value.Conclusions1.Fine dietary prescriptions combined emotional regulation interventions can reduce the serum level of TPOAb hashimoto's thyroiditis patients,to a certain extent, can reduce the damage to the glands so as to prevent and delay the hypothyroidism.2.Refined dietary prescription combined with emotional regulation intervention measures can effectively alleviate the mental stress level of patients with hashimoto's thyroid gland, and improve their ability of emotional management and psychological comfort.3.Fine dietary prescriptions combined emotional regulation interventions on patients with hashimoto's thyroiditis, quantitative supplement daily meals of fine management of disease beneficial trace nutrient elements so as to establish healthy eating habits and as directed by the medical behavior.4.The advantages of scientific, safe and economic refinement of dietary prescriptions can correct patients' bad lifestyle, improve the immune status of the body and improve the overall health level through long-term application.
