The Application Research On The Nursing Programs For The TCM Of The Patients Of Chronic Heart Disease Of Qi-deficiency Blood Stasis

Objective:This study based on qi-deficiency blood stasis type of chronic heart disease patients on the basis of conventional therapy care scheme of TCM nursing intervention,to observe the nursing program of qi-deficiency blood stasis type of the patient's clinical curative effect,life quality,patients satisfaction with nursing work.To provide theoretical support and practical basis for clinical nursing work in the future,and providing data support for the TCM nursing program of chest pain,and promoting the promotion and development of TCM characteristic nursing technology.Methods: Cases from January 2017 to October 2017,will be included in the standard of 80 hospitalized patients with qi-deficiency blood stasis syndrome of chronic heart disease in Vasculocardiology Deparment of Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine,with random number table method is divided into experimental group and the control group(n=40).Control group using conventional treatment and medical care.On the basis of routine therapy nursing observation group,using of TCM nursing plan for nursing in patients with qi-deficiency blood stasis syndrome heartache,including syndrome patient nursing,diet nursing,characteristics of TCM, modern nursing,health guidance,etc.Through the use effect of the obstruction of heartache of TCM symptom integral table,the Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)and nursing job satisfaction scale,compare the effectiveness of two groups of patients,pain relief,quality of life and nursing job satisfaction.Results:(1)The efficacy of angina in the two groups: With 7 cases had marked effect,24 effective cases and 6 cases ineffective,with a total effective rate of 85% of the experimental group(EG);There were 5 cases had marked effect in the control group(COG),22 cases were effective,13 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 67.5%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(Z=-2.057,P< 0.050).Comparison(2)of TCM symptom scores: Before the test,the total number of EG(13.30±5.73)and COG(12.33±4.95),the scores,comparison has no statistical significance(P>0.050),the scheme for two weeks after the test is EG(3.98±2.80)and COG(5.40±3.34),the scores has differences statistically significant(P< 0.050);In the EG,11 cases were markedly effective,effective 26 cases,3 cases ineffective,the total effectiveness is 92.5%,there was 6 cases were markedly effective,effective 24 cases,10 cases ineffective,total effective rate was 75.0% of the COG,two groups compare differences statistically significant(Z=-2.167,P<0.050).(3)Quality of life compared with Seattle angina questionnaire,before the implementation of TCM nursing plan,the five dimensions of SAQ angina scale score with intervention group is PL(58.42±4.14),AS(47.31±4.27),AF(81.43± 18.14),TS(58.23±9.42)and DP(47.40±8.92),the number of COG is PL(57.71±4.12),AS(48.02±4.20),AF(79.23±17.60),TS(59.11±7.34)and DP(48.13±9.43).Statistics with the two independent samples t test,two groups of the same dimension of the five dimensions of score comparison were no obvious difference(P >0.050).Scheme after the intervention,the quality of life of each dimension score with the patients from EG were superior to the patients from COG,the EG patients quality of life improved more significantly than the COG patients(P<0.050),the difference between two groups was statistically significant.the total score of two groups of patients satisfaction of nursing(4)work,the number of EG is 26.33±6.88,which is 22.05± 9.97 of COG,after two groups of independent sample t test,P<0.050,there are statistical differences.The fifth entry: when the nurse works,pay attention to her image.The seventh item: the nurse keeps the order of my room in order.There is no statistical difference between the two items(P<0.050).Conclusions: The heartache of TCM nursing program intervention on patients with qi-deficiency blood stasis of CHD,can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of qi-deficiency blood stasis syndrome of patients with total efficiency,effectively improve the symptoms of chest pain,shortness of breath and chest tightness,survival and quality of life,improve the patients' satisfaction to nursing work.the nursing of TCM plan for obstruction of clinical application effect is good,the operation method is simple,patients were more likely to accept,and which can increase patient compliance and clinical more easy to implement,and this is worthy of promotion.
