| Purpose:Based on conventional Western medicine treatment and Chinese herb in to nifying kidney and clearing away damp-heat meathod,Observe the curative effect of Hua iqihuang granules in treating chronic glo-merulonephritis with Qi and Yin deficiency.Methods:Study was conducted within 2016.03 to 2018.03 at Department of Nephrology in Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM.Patients need to meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic glomerulonephritis with Qi and Yin Deficiency and treatment time over three months and the clinical data is complete.Based on the treatment of blood pressure,correction of metabolic disorders and other treatments,the treatment group was treated by Chinese herb in tonifying kidney and clearing away damp-heat meathod combined with Huaiqihuang granules,and the control group was treated by Chinese herb in tonifying kidney and clearing away damp-heat meathod.The average observation time is 3 months.Observe the improvement of TCM symptom score and the changes of UTP and URBC before and after treatment.Results:1)Of the 50 patients,there were 31 patients with hematuria and proteinuria,15 patients in the treatment group,and 16 in the control group.The results showed that the total effective rate was 75.00%in the control group,and the total effective rate was 80.00%after the addition of Qihuang granules in the treatment group.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2)Of the 50 patients,40 were proteinuria,20 in the treatment group,and 20 in the control group.The effective rate of the treatment group(90.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The UTP of the visit points in the treatment group and the control group was significantly lower than that in the baseline(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3)Of the 50 patients,41 were hematuria,20 in the treatment group,and 21 in the control group.The effective rate of the treatment group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(90.48%),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The URBC of the visit points in the treatment group and the control group was significantly lower than that in the baseline(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4)The symptoms of low back pain,fatigue,edema,urinary frequency,nocturia,dizziness were significantly improved in the treatment and control groups,especially in the improvement of fatigue symptoms,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1)Based on conventional Western medicine treatment and Chinese herb in tonifying kidney and clearing away damp-heat meathod,adding Huaiqihuang granules may improve the efficacy of hematuria and proteinuria.2)Huaiqihuang granules can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chornic glomerulonephritis with Qi and Yin deficiency,which is the best for improving the symptoms of fatigue. |
