Clinical Observation On Gushen Xiezhuo Heluo Decoction In Treatmenting Diabetic Kidney Disease And Its Effect On UBA52

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Gushen Xiezhuo Heluo Decoction on Diabetic Kidney Disease and its influence on UBA52.Maintime,to explore the mechanism of Gushen Xiezhuo Heluo Decoction on Diabetic Kidney Disease and evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:Sixty patients with Diabetic Kidney Disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the appropriate and individual exercising program,especially controlling diet,blood glucose,blood pressure and other basic treatment.The treatment group was treated with Gushen Xiezhuo Heluo Decoction in addition to the basic treatment.Two groups were treated with a course of 3 months.The symptom scores,total effective rate,Scr,BUN,HbAlc,MAlb,ACR,GFR and UBA52 were observed and compared.Results:The total efficiency rate of treatment group was 86.67%and control group was 66.67%,the treatment group was better than the control group.In the TCM syndrome integral,two groups all could improve and have statistically significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the compansion between groups after the treatment showed that the treatment group was better efficacy than the control group.The HbAlc,MAlb,ACR,GFR,Scr and BUN in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group and the level of GFR was increaseed(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of UBA52 was decreased significantly in the treatment group.Before and after treatment in both groups blood,urine,liver function,ECG no abnormal changes,no obvious drug allergies and toxic side effects occurred.Conclusion:Gushen Xiezhuo Heluo Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of DKD patients,adjust blood glucose and reduce the degree of Scr and BUN and the level of proteinuria.One of its mechanism may be related to the reduction of proteinuria and UBA52 levels,improve the glomerular filtration membrane,thereby improving renal tubular injury,clinical symptoms and decreasing proteinuria to achieve results progress of diabetic kidney disease.The effective of Gushen Xiezhuo Heluo Decoction applied to the clinical treatment of diabetic kidney disease which is satisfactory and safety evaluation.Thereby,it could be used for long-term.
