Treatment Of Upper Limb Lymphedema After Breast Cancer Operation By Liqi Huayu Xiaozhong Fang And Mai Zhi Ling

Objective to study the clinical efficacy and safety of Liqi Huayu Xiaozhong Fang d ecoction combined with Mai Zhi Ling in the treatment of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer operation.Methods 60 patients in accordance with the standard were randomly divided into gr oup A(Chinese medicine Liqi Huayu Xiaozhong Fang + Mai Zhi Ling),group B(Mai Zhi Ling),group C(Chinese medicine Liqi Huayu Xiaozhong Fang).Three groups of pa tients were evaluated after 4 weeks of treatment.The assessment included reducing the e ffect of edema,improving the quality of life of patients,improving the efficacy of TCM syndromes and drug safety,and conducting statistical analysis.Results at the end of the treatment,the results were as follows:in reducing edema,improving the quality of life and improving TCM syndrome,A group was obviously su perior to BC two groups,with statistical analysis of significant difference(P<0.05).In re ducing edema and improving the quality of life,there was no significant difference betw een the two groups of BC(P>0.05).In improving TCM syndromes,the effect of group C was better than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Three of the patients had no heart and liver damage,and no obvious adverse reactio ns were found in the blood and digestive system.There was no recurrence or metastasis of the tumor.Conclusion Liqi Huayu Xiaozhong Fang combined with Mai Zhi Ling in the treatm ent of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer operation,it is obviously better than t he two methods in eliminating edema,improving the quality of life and improving TCM syndrome.Liqi Huayu Xiaozhong Fang detumescence decoction combined with Mai Zh i Ling has good safety in the treatment of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer o peration.
