Objective:This study aims to explore the clinical efficacy and pharmacological mechanism of Dunyeguanxinning in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperhomocysteinemia.Methods:This study is a prospective randomized controlled trial,156 patients with coronary heart disease and hyperhomocysteinemia(Serum Hcy levels ?15?mol/L)admitted in the People' s Hospital of Zhengzhou University from Jan 2016 to Jan 2017 were randomly divided into group A(n=76)and group B(n=80).Basic drugs for coronary heart disease(Antiplatelet,statin)were given to patients in group A,normal dose of Dunyeguanxinning(0.32 g,three times a day)were given to group B in the precondition of basic drugs for coronary heart disease.Both groups received continuous treatment for half a year.After admission and treatment for half a year,the vascular endothelial function was evaluated by peripheral arterial tension measurement(peripheral arterial tension PAT)with Endo-PAT2000 instrument,and the corresponding RHI value was calculated.and collected related medical history data and routine serological test for the patients,The level of Hcy was determined by cyclic enzymatic method,and the levels of TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C and UA were detected by VITROS 350 dry chemical analyzer.SPASS22.0 software was used to analyze the collected test data.Results:The comparison of gender,age,weight,blood pressure,body mass index,RHI,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,UA and Hcy of patients in the two groups showed that the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),After treatment for half a year,TG,TC,LDL-C were lower than before treatment,HDL-C was improved,change value of group B were higher than those of group A(P<0.05).There was no significant change in serum Hcy levels in group A(P>0.05),serum HCY levels were lower than before treatment in group B(P<0.05);RHI of both groups at 6th month of treatment was higher,Change value of RHI of group B were higher than those of group A(P<0.05),RHI was significantly negatively correlated with serum Hcy levels in both groups,according to Pearson or Spearman analysis(P<0.05).Conclusions:The vascular endothelial function of the patients with coronary heart disease is negatively correlated with the serum Hcy,and the proper reduction of Hcy can improve the endothelial function of the patients.Dunyeguanxinning can decrease the level of serum Hcy in patients with coronary heart disease,and can improve endothelial function,the mechanism may be associated with lower serum Hcy levels and participate in the regulation of lipid.
