Purpose Clinically, some patients suffer from slanting neighbouring teeth or growing teeth of chin, due to a long time defect of definition. These changes make it difficult for the occluding relation to restore through plant therapy. The study aims to explore the clinical effect of plant-orthodontics combined therapy for complex defect of definition. It aims to prove the significance of interdisciplinary combined therapy.Method 10 patients are picked randomly from the complex posterior teeth loss patients in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017.This experimental group includes 6 males and 4 females, aged from 41-58.The control group includes 10 normal definitions with no teeth loss or malocclusion. There is no significant difference between the age or gender of the two groups of patients.T-Scan ?occlusal force tester is used to measure the occlusal force, asymmetry index of occlusal force(AOF),central position of occlusal force(COF)of the control group, before and after the repair of the experimental group,6 months after the repair and 12 months after the repair.Double independent sample t test is adopted for statistical analysis. Results For patients treated with plant-orthodontics combined therapy, the occlusal force(785.40±14.29N)is obviously lower than the control group before the operation. The AOF of the experimental group(13.23±4.04%)is higher than the control group(8.98±3.24%)before the operation. These two groups of data have statistical significance(P<0.05).The immediate occlusal force of the experiment group(1012.60±51.18N)after operation increases significantly than that before the operation(P<0.05).however,there is still a gap with the control group(1085.20±52.25N)after operation. The left and right displacement(3.54±0.64mm)and the front and back displacement(34.15±2.03mm)of the experimental group are measured immediately. And no statistical significance exists compared with that of the control group(P>0.05).The occlusal force of the experimental group is measured half a year after the operation(1078.90±53.65N)and one year after the operation(1081.80±51.52N).Compared with those of the control group,(1081.80±51.52N)measured after half a year and(1084.40±48.08N)measured after a year, the occlusal force of the experimental group remains normal. There is no statistical significance between the two groups of data(P>0.05).The left and right displacement(3.59±0.51mm)and the front and back displacement(3.59±0.51mm)of the experimental group are measured half a year after operation. The left and right displacement(3.59±0.51mm)and the front and back displacement(34.46±1.78mm)are measured one year after the operation.Compared with those of the control group, which are(3.79±0.56mm),(35.93±1.94mm),(3.83±0.55mm)and(35.83±2.13mm)respectively,there is no statistical significance(P>0.05).The results show that the experiment group fundamentally get rid of the unhealthy bite behavior. In all, these 10 patients' occluding relation is restored basically. The occlusal force approximates the normal value and is distributed evenly. There is no obvious resorption, loosening of the implant and other abnormalities around the implant. There is no abnormality in the periodontal. Conclusion The experiment has a good clinical effect in treating complex definition loss. The orthodontics combined therapy not only obviously expands the adaptation disease of plant therapy,it also provides good occluding relation for final repair. The experiment also proves the significance of interdisciplinary combined serial therapy.
