Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of No.1 Prescription toPical treatment of synovitis of knee joint synovitis,and summarize the mechanism and characteristic of synovitis of knee joint synovitis 1 reciPe theraPy.The PurPose is to Provide a more effective clinical basis for extensive development and clinical aPPlication.Methods:The method of this study included 60 Patients with knee joint synovitis diagnostic criteria,which are all collected in the Period from APril 2016 to December 2016 from Luoyang Bone-setting HosPital of Henan Province osteoarthritis treatment center for treatment.According to the time of admission,60 Patients were randomly divided into treatment grouP and control grouP(n = two),and each grouP was divided into two grouPs(n=30).Patients in the treatment grouP were treated with 1 synovitis.The control grouP were treated with Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel(Votalin)aPPlied to the affected area,and two grouPs of Patients with treatment were two times daily,with 2 weeks as a course.During the treatment,Patients will Pay attention to rest,no weight-bearing joints,light diet,eat sPicy sPicy food.After treatment,the swelling,Pain and joint dysfunction of the two grouPs were observed,and the recurrence rate of the Patients in the two grouPs were followed uP.Results:after treatment,the total efficiency of two grouPs were comPared.The treatment grouP was 96.67%,and 80%in the control grouP,The treatment grouP was significantly higher than the control grouP,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Patients in the control grouP to imProve the situation of joint swelling,Pain,joint dysfunction was significantly better than the treatment,with statistical significance the difference(P<0.05);follow-uP of two grouPs of Patients with recurrence,and the differences between the two grouPs of data was not with statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:synovitis 1 reciPe can effectively imProve the Patient's Pain,swelling,joint dysfunction and other symPtoms.and can effectively imProve the total efficiency of the treatment of the disease.
