The Clinical Study Of Uniting The Method Of Tonifying Kidney And Spleenand Letrozole To Treat The Ovulating Failure Of Polycystic Ovar Syndrome

Objective: Through observing clinical curative effects of uniting the method of tonifying kidney and spleen and letrozole on treating the ovulating failure of polycystic ovary syndrome,its action mechanism is explored.The aim is to provide some clinical reference and scientific basis for the treatment of this syndrome.Methods: 60 cases of PCOS with spleen-kidney yang deficiency were selected for the clinical research.Their ages were between 22 to 40 years old,and they were all outpatients from Obstetrics and Gynecology Department in Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.And they were randomly assigned into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group by SPSS random method.The treatment group(30 cases)was treated by uniting the method of tonifying kidney and spleen and letrozole,and the control group(30 cases)was given pure letrozole.They have been observed for three consecutive menstrual cycles.The improvement of clinical symptoms,body mass index,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate after treatment in the two groups were observed.Results: 1.the comparison of the curative effect of TCM syndrome and BMI: the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group;and the differences between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).2.the comparison of follicle diameter in oviposit day: to compare the differences between the two groups have no significance(P>0.05).3.the comparison of ovulation rate: the ovulation rate of the treatment group was 75.00%,while the figure of the control group was 59.26%;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.the comparison of preg nancy rate: the pregnancy rate of the treatment group was 46.67%,but the figure of the control group was 20.00%;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,while the figure of the control group was 60.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The treatment method of uniting the method of tonifying kidney and spleen and letrozole can promote the development and maturation of follicle and increase ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.2.The treatment method of uniting the method of tonifying kidney and spleen and letrozole can obviously improve patient's clinical symptoms.3.The treatment method of uniting the method of tonifying kidney and spleen and letrozole can drop body mass in patients.
