| Objective:The purpose of this subject is to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Wenfei Dingchuan particulate matter of acute capillary bronchitis(pneumonia of cold shut lung),and to supplement and perfect the part of theoretical basis that Wenfei Dingchuan particulate matter treats capillary bronchitis(pneumonia of cold shut lung),besides to provide effective treatment method for the treatment of acute capillary bronchitis with traditional Chinese medicine and to further optimize the treatment plan.Methods:72 cases,diagnosed as capillary bronchitis(pneumonia of cold shut lung),and met the the inclusion criteria of Chinese medicine and western medicine,were collected in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups: study group(36 cases)treated with Wenfei Dingchuan particulate matter,the control group(36 cases)treated with Guilong Kechuanning particulate matter,the two groups were all treated 7 days.By observing the change of two groups of clinical symptoms and signs,Urine amylase before and after treatment to determine the difference of efficacy between the two groups.Results:(1)The study group and the control group Two groups of clinical symptomatic scores after treatment were all lower significantly than before treatment the difference was statistically,significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group descend more obviously than the control group(P<0.05).(2)In terms of the total efficiency of treatment group is 96.97%,the control group is 81.81%,we can know the curative effect of treatment,group is better than the control group the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Wenfei Dingchuan particulate matter can effectively treat capillary bronchitis(pneumonia of cold shut lung),and therapeutic effect was significantly better than the Guilong Kechuanning particulate matter.(2)Wenfei Dingchuan particulate matter is less side effect,security and worth to be popularized and applied. |
