| Objective: Tongbi Shujin Pill has the effect of "dispelling phlegm,Tongluo,Huayu Tongjing,expelling wind and cold dampness,relieving arthralgia,Replenishing liver and kidney",observing the clinical effect of which in the treatment of elderly degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis;analysising of the therapeutic effect and the mechanism of prescription,clearing Tongbi Shujin Pill has reliability and safety in the field of curing elderly degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.Exploring systematically the mechanism about Tongbi Shujin Pill curing elderly degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis from two aspects of clinical research and theory in order to provide reference and basis for the clinical application of Tongbi Shujin Pill.In addition,discussing the feasibility of treating elderly degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis from "phlegm and blood stasis,wind cold dampness,deficiency of liver and kidney".Methods: This study uses a randomized.parallel-controlled approach.Selecting 60 elderly degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis patients according to the inclusion criteria,recording the indicators which need to be observed and contrasted between two groups of subjects,dividing into randomly control group 30 cases and treatment group 30 cases;the treatment group oral Tongbi Shujin pill,warm boiling water delivery service,5 grams each time,2 times a day,continuous 2 months of treatment;the control group oral Yaobitong capsule,3 capsules each time,3 times a day,continuous medication for 2 months.After the end of treatment,the indicators that need to be observed and contrasted between two groups of subjects are recorded again,the comparison analysis between the two groups before and after treatment and groups after treatment are carried out.The data were analyzed by SPSS21.0 software,and the difference is statistically significant with P < 0.05.Results: (1)The difference is not statistically significant(P > 0.05)by analysising two groups patients? gender,age,course of disease and the JOA score,VAS score,CODI index,walking distance and straight leg raising test and the number of cases of positive signs of lumbar extension test before treatment,This shows that the treatment group and the control group with the ratio of homogeneity.(2)The JOA score,CODI index,walking distance of two groups are better than before treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05);the VAS score before treatment of treatment group is better than after treatment(P < 0.05);the control group,the VAS score of control group before and after treatment is no significant difference(P > 0.05)by statistical analysis;after treatment,the two groups the JOA score,VAS score,CODI index,walking distance of treatment group is better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)After treatment of two groups,the positive signs shows contrasted P lumbar extension test >0.05,P straight leg raising test >0.05,the difference is not statistically significant.Observing and recording the changes in muscle strength,skin sensation and tendon reflex of two groups,There is no obvious change between the two groups.(4)The treatment group: 3 cases are cured,23 cases are effective,4 cases are ineffective,the total efficiency is 86.67%;control group: 1 case is cured,18 cases are effective,11 cases are ineffective,the total efficiency is 63.33%;after treatment of two groups,P < 0.05,the difference of clinical curative effect by statistical analysis is statistically significant.(5)There is no adverse reaction in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:(1)In the treatment of elderly degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis,Tongbi Shujin Pill is an effective drug,it can reduce significantly the pain in the waist and legs of patients,increase the walking distance,improve the walking ability,improve patients? active function.It has good safety,it is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.(2)Phlegm and blood stasis,cold and dampness resistance,deficiency of liver and kidney are common etiology and pathogenesis of the elderly degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.It has the advantages of feasibility and clinical practicability to treat thjis disease from "phlegm and blood stasis,wind cold dampness,deficiency of liver and kidney." In short,Tongbi Shujin Pill can reduce significantly the clinical symptoms and signs of the elderly DLSS patients,improve the patient's dysfunction,improve the level and quality of life for the elderly,mild,moderate and severe patients and refused surgery,surgery or high risk patients with contraindications for surgery is an effective and safe treatment option.It can also improve patients? activity function,improve living standards and quality of life,it is a safe and effective treatment choice for the elderly who are mild,moderate or severe patients and refuse surgery,high surgical risk or patients with contraindications to surgery. |
