| Objective: to analyze and summarize the traditional Chinese medicine certificate of gestational diabetes,and provide clinical evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of gestational diabetes.Methods: This study will be included in the study of pregnant women who are diagnosed with gestational diabetes during the period of April of 2016,and in February 2017 in our hospital.Reference to syndrome differentiation,scale syndromes involved to develop clinical syndrome questionnaire,investigation and study object of general information and syndromes,the calculated through syndrome differentiation factor meter disease,disease syndrome factor,integral type.The model is classified by system cluster analysis.Results: 70 cases of patients with gestational diabetes disease syndrome known as liver,mind,kidney,stomach,spleen,heart,lungs,such as seven,frequency of 50.0%,8.6%,5.7%,5.7%,5.7%,1.4%,1.4%;Disease factors is heat,Yin deficiency and dampness,and qi stagnation,phlegm,blood deficiency,qi deficiency and blood stasis,heat,dryness,blood,Yang deficiency,dyspepsia,drinks,table,outside the wind,the frequency of 62.9%,54.3%,52.9%,50.0%,52.9%,17.1%,7.1%,5.7%,2.9%,1.4%,1.4%,1.4%,1.4%,1.4% and 1.4%.Evidence combination rule is relatively complex,70 patients by the clustering analysis is divided into five categories,including fire Yin deficiency syndrome from 23 cases,13 cases of phlegm dampness syndromes,liver fire certificate of 17 cases,13 cases of liver after damp heat syndrome,liver Yin blood deficiency in 4 cases.Conclusion: 1The main syndrome elements of disease location of gestational diabetes is the liver,the main path-factor is heat,Yin deficiency and dampness,and qi stagnation,phlegm.The main type of syndrome of gestational diabetes are yin-deficiency and fire-hyperactivity syndrome,fire-hyperactivity due to liver-depressed syndrome,phlegm-damp syndrome,syndrome of dampness-heat of liver channel and Liver Yin blood deficiency syndrome. |
