| Objective: To study the effects of Shugan Bushen traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in chronic stress female pregnant rats model.The levels of serum E2,P and HCG in mice were compared by immunohistochemistry and molecular biology.Compare the rate of vaginal plug,the number of embryos and endometrial receptivity-related factor VEGF,to explore the effect of chronic stress on endometrial receptivity in pregnant rats and the regulation and mechanism of Shugan Bushen Chinese medicine,and to provide a new method for effective prevention and treatment And new ideas.Methods: 105 SPF 6-week-old KM female non-pregnant mice were randomly divided into 7 groups,the number of mice in each group was 15,that is,blank control group(blank group),stress model group(model group),Xiaoyao Pill group,Zuogui pill group,Xiaoyao pill plus Zuogui pill group(Xiaojiazuo group),High dose group and low dose group of Shugan Bushen Chinese medicine group,in addition to the blank group The rest of the group received 21 days of stress stimulation,during the stimulation of each group were irrigated,after modeling success of behavioral testing.8 o'clock in each group of mice by male and female 2: 1 cage,7:00 the next day to check the thrombus to find the first day of pregnancy as the first day of pregnancy(D1).After conception,the mice were still receiving chronic stress stimuli,and the prescription was given to the pregnant women.After 5 days of pregnancy,the rats were sacrificed and sacrificed.The indexes were measured.Results:(1)Compared with the model group,the rats in the group of Zuogui pill group,Xiaojiazuo group and Shugan Bushen high dose group had good general weight and rapid weight gain,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05)(2)Compared with the model group,the time of stay in the central lattice of the blank group,Xiaoyao pill group,Xiaojiazuo group and high dose group was shortened,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);Blank group,high dose group,and Xiaojiazuo group of the level of wear through the number has increased(P<0.05);The number of upright in the blank group increased significantly(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).(3)Compared with the model group,the levels of serum E2,P and HCG in the blank group,Xiaojiazuo group and high dose group were significantly higher than those in the model group(P <0.05).(4)Compared with the model group,the levels of VEGF in the endometrium of the other groups were significantly higher than those of the model group(P <0.01).Compared with the blank group,the levels of VEGF in the endometrium of the rats in the Xiaojiazuo group and high dose group were significantly higher than those in the blank group(P <0.01)(5)Compared with the model group,(P <0.05),the rate of vaginal plug and the number of embryos in the he blank group,Xiaojiazuo group and high dose group was significantly higher than that in the model group(P <0.05).Conclusions: 1.Shugan Bushen can improve the behavioral indexes of female mice with chronic stress and relieve the liver depression status of female mice with chronic stress.2.Shugan Bushen can regulate the level of sex hormones in female mice with chronic stress,improve the level of E2,P,promote placental secretion of HCG,improve the endometrial microenvironment.3.The level of VEGF in the endometrium of mice with chronic stress can be regulated by Shugan Bushen decoction,and the expression of VEGF in the endometrium of mice with chronic stress is increased.4.Shugan Bushen can only regulate the sexual stress of mice with chronic stress,increase the number of implantation.In this study,we investigated the mechanism of chronic stress on endometrial receptivity and the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine,and provided new methods and new ideas for effective prevention and treatment. |
