Objective : This study of 519 cases of hyperplasia of prostate syndrome questionnaire,collect the relevant information and four diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine laboratory data,the integrated use of cluster analysis,logisitic regression analysis and factor analysis,and other statistical analysis method to analyze the collected data,expounds the Syndrome classification of BPH,syndrome distribution rule,and dialectical points,form of prostate hyperplasia in quantitative diagnosis of syndromes and clarify the prostate hyperplasia related factors of each syndrome.Through this topic research,provide a reference for prostate hyperplasia of dialectical analysis,based on data mining technology research on hyperplasia of prostate syndrome studies,and further for the future of hyperplasia of prostate syndrome research lay the foundation.Methods : 1.Through consulting a large number of literature,this study combined with the research method of similar domestic research establish syndrome questionnaire(CRF).2.Strictly comply with the diagnosis,integration and exclusion criteria,collection in March 2016 to the Chinese medicine hospital in henan province in 1 2017 patients diagnosed with prostate hyperplasia syndromes related information and laboratory examination of relevant data.3.Use Epidata3.0 software into 519 cases of patients with prostate hyperplasia related,and the input data in the process of reviewing after check and correct the export.4.SPSS22.0 statistical analysis software to analyze data of prostate hyperplasia of TCM syndrome distribution,key points of dialectical analysis of the quantitative diagnosis of syndromes and diseases,and further clustering was studied for the justification of prostate hyperplasia model,it is concluded that the weight of its clinical type information to justify contribution.Results :1.Prostate hyperplasia of the proportion of TCM syndrome classification in turn from high to low is kidney Yang deficiency type(25.7%),spleen and kidney deficiency type(23.9%),qi and blood stasis type(20.6%),hot and humid betting type(16.2%),kidney Yin deficiency type(13.6%).2.Using frequency distribution analysis of prostate hyperplasia in four of the most common clinical information for frequent micturition,micturition not free,urine line thinner,lumbar debility,exhausted,pulse fine god,urine yellow,nocturia more cold,and cold limbs,pale tongue embellish,pale tongue,urine after drop,veins thin,urinary pain,fatigue,uric bifurcate,defecate pond,poor appetite,red tongue,yellow greasy moss,weak urine,short pulse count,dry stool,urine routine,little red tongue and Zimbabwe,urgency,sticky mouth,small abdominal pain,incomplete emptying.3.Upon examination,chooses the statistical method of factor analysis is suitable for used in this study.Using factor analysis method into the analysis indicators of load coefficient,a total of eight to extract the common factor,on this basis,the hypothesis is obtained basic dialectic information card type.4.Through the clustering analysis,and combined with the clinical knowledge,it is concluded that the prostate hyperplasia of 4 kinds of syndrome types.5.Based on clustering analysis,through the binary logisitic regression analysis,it is concluded that four card type,and the weight of each card type.Conclusion : Through modern digital mining technology of prostate hyperplasia of TCM syndrome types to identify application significance,further verify the modern statistical analysis of the significance of the application of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types.Through cluster analysis,this study logisitic regression analysis and factor analysis of hyperplasia of prostate syndromes,filled with multiple analysis method to study and quantitative diagnosis of hyperplasia of prostate syndrome.Using large sample size in patients with prostate hyperplasia clinical epidemiological investigation,application and justification of the method of frequency distribution could be concluded that the disease distribution,frequency of four diagnostic information,further summarizes the basis of prostate hyperplasia symptom.In the process of this topic research,extraction and analysis of the standard of 53 indicators.Using factor analysis method to prostate hyperplasia of each card type discrimination to provide relatively accurate quantitative diagnostic standard.Application of clustering analysis methods of prostate hyperplasia of the 53 indicators in the statistical analysis software effectively classified by mathematical calculation,and it is concluded that the disease most syndrome and syndrome types of TCM four diagnostic information.Based on clustering analysis,the indexes of the clustering result further classification and binary logisitic regression analysis,cluster analysis results of the weight of each card type...
