Juan Pain Pill In The Treatment Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Mutual Junction Migraine Clinical Observation

Objective:Through the traditional medicine and modern medicine migraine sorting of related literature and turbid phlegm and blood stasis migraine were collected clinical cases,to observe Juan pain pill in patients with turbid phlegm and blood stasis migraine VAS score,the influence of the symptoms and TCM symptom integral;to contrast Juan pain pill and the clinical curative effect of Tou Tongning capsule;to observe Juan pain pill in the treatment of turbid phlegm and blood stasis effectiveness evaluation of migraine,and expand the scope of the attending Juan pain pill,which was provided a reference for future research and clinical.Methods:The method of using a random digital table for 64 patients was divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was given Juan pain pill treatment,9 g each time,2 times a day;The control group was given Tou Tongning capsule treatment,three tablets per day,three times a day for four weeks.To data sorting and analyze statistical VAS score of before treatment and after treatment,symptom integral and TCM symptom integralResults:There were 64 cases of clinical observation in this project,and 60 cases were observed in the group,30 of them were in the control group,30 cases were in the treatment group and 4 cases were reported.1.VAS score in migraine,symptomatic scores and TCM symptoms curative effect,the control group and treatment group after treatment,symptoms before the treatment were improved,shows that the control group and the treatment group in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction migraine pain effectively;2.The results of the evaluation of migraine symptoms were as follows:the total effective rate of Tou Tongning capsule after treatment was 73.33% and Juan pain pill treatment group was 83.33%.The two groups after treatment in patients with migraine symptoms integral curative effect was no statistical difference(p > 0.05),indicating that the two groups were equally effective;3.The total effectiveness of the control group was 73.33% and the treatment group was 86.67% after four weeks.Statistical analysis(p > 0.05),the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that the two groups were equally effective.All three sets of data showed the clinical efficacy of the treatment group compared to the control group.In addition,from an economic cost perspective,a treatment group has a lower course cost.Conclusion:Juan pain pill in the treatment of turbid phlegm and blood stasis can obviously alleviate the patient VAS score,improve headache's symptoms,cut down headache's duration and other headache.It could also improve patients with headache,pain fixed didn't move,wrapped head,bosom frowsty,dim complexion,dark purple tongue veins and other syndromes.Verified through the clinical observation,Juan pain pill had a clinical curative effect,and had no obvious side effects.It had important economic and clinical significance.
