Study On Distribution And Combination Law Of TCM Syndrome Factor Of Viral Encephalitis Based On Literature

Objective:Based on the literature research and syndrome differentiation theory,through the data collation,syndrome distribution and combination law of viral encephalitis are analyzed which can provide theoretical basis for the next step study on syndrome standardization(clinical case syndrome analysis,expert questionnaire survey)of the disease and the formulation and perfection of the treatment plan of viral encephalitis.Methods:Combination method of database resources,computers and manual retrieval is used for the collection of viral encephalitis literatures.After standardized finishing,syndrome factors and syndrome information can be extracted according to needs of the research.Entering the information into syndrome collection table after it is numbered.SPSS22.0 statistical analysis software was used to analyze the syndrome and syndromes of viral encephalitis,and the syndromes of common syndromes were analyzed by two categories logistic regression analysis.Results:1.A total of 329 articles of viral encephalitis were collected and 46 articles were obtained.Each syndromes and the related description are used as a record.A total of 162 records were recorded,involving 576 cases.2.Statistical analysis: A total of 22 viral encephalitis syndromes were extracted,of which 11 were pathogenic,that is as following: heat,sputum,wet,deficiency of yin,qi deficiency,wind,blood stasis,wind symptom,blood deficiency,impairment of fluid,poison,of which heat composition ratio is the highest,it is 31.5%.There are 11 disease location syndromes.Composition ratio of Qi-fen,Ying-fen,heart,Xue-fen,Wei-fen is relatively high.The ration respectively is 22.2%?22.2%?17.3%?11.7%?11.1%.Involving the combination of syndromes in form 4,the most common combination of two syndromes.3.Statistical analysis: There are 34 types of syndromes of viral encephalitis in the literatures of which pathogenic invading Wei and Qi,pathogenic invading Qi and Ying,Ying and blood two burnt,Qi and Yin deficiency,phlegm clouding the orifices 5 kinds of syndromes frequency is more than 5%,a total number is of 89,accounting for 54.9% of the overall entry.The remaining 29 kinds of syndromes is less than 5%.4.Statistical analysis: Analysis of 5 common syndromes of viral encephalitis shows that the main symptoms of pathogenic invading Wei and Qi are: fever,micro-evil cold,nausea and vomiting,headache,lethargy,irritability thirst,neck strong,red tongue,thin white fur or yellow,pulse number or number of floating;The main symptoms of pathogenic invading Qi and Ying are: high fever,headache,neck strong,irritability,red tongue,greasy fur,slippery pulse or flood number;the main symptoms of the Ying and blood two burnt are :high fever,neck slightly strong,irritability,twitch,soul coma,less moss or moss free,pulse,string,or breakdown;The main symptoms of Qi and Yin deficiency are low fever,fatigued and weak,heat in the hands and feet,thirsty,red tongue,little moss,pulse breakdown;The main symptoms of phlegm drowning are: fever,lethargy,salivation or vomiting sputum,throat phlegm,tongue pink,greasy moss,slippery pulse;The main symptoms of phlegm clouding the orifices are: high fever,sleepiness,headache,nausea and vomiting,spit in the mouth,phlegm in the throat,convulsions,speech and jerky,greasy fur,slippery pulse.5.Statistical analysis: Logistic regression analysis of the symptoms of viral encephalitis: the pathogenic invading Wei and Qi syndrome diagnosis with symptoms of chills,thirst,irritability,fretful;the pathogenic invading Qi and Ying syndrome diagnosis with symptoms of high fever,neck strong,crimson tongue;the Ying and blood two burnt syndrome diagnosis with symptoms of high fever,convulsions,wiry pulse;the Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome diagnosis with symptoms of Fatigue,anorexia,heat in the hands and feet;the phlegm clouding the orifices syndrome diagnosis with symptoms of spit in the mouth,phlegm in the throat,slippery pulse.Conclusion:1.The distribution of viral encephalitis syndromes,the disease card to Qi-fen,Wei-fen,Ying-fen,Xue-fen,hearttake a high proportion;disease factors to heat,sputum,wet,yin deficiency,qi deficiency take a high proportion.The combination form is dominated by two combinations of evidence.2.Five common syndromes of viral encephalitis are: pathogenic invading Wei and Qi,pathogenic invading Qi and Ying,Ying and blood two burnt,Qi and Yin deficiency,phlegm clouding the orifices.
