Reanalysis Of The Influence Of Medical Payment System Oninpatients' Health-seeking Behaviour

ObjectiveBy analyzing the related medical consumption behavior and medical expense data of the inpatients with six common tumors(nasopharyngeal carcinoma,lung cancer,liver cancer,breast cancer,gastric cancer and colorectal cancer)in HIS system in Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University,the article discussed the difference of medical consumption behavior,medical expense and influence factor between inpatients of these tumors with different medical payment system(urban employees medical insurance medical treatment,uninsured medical treatment and urban and rural residents medical insurance medical treatment).The paper provided the basis for controlling the unreasonable rise of medical expenses and improving the rational utilization ratio of health resources.It put forward some counter measures to control the costs of medical insurance aim at influence factor.It also provided scientific theoretical basis and practical means for further implementation of correct and effective government actions and innovative the medical insurance of “Zhan Jiang mode ”.MethodsThe study made concrete empirical analysis to the medical behavior,medical consumption of inpatients from 2012 to 2016 in Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University contains six common tumors(nasopharyngeal carcinoma,lung cancer,liver cancer,breast cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer)of HIS system data by adopted descriptive statistical analysis method.The medical consumption behavior,medical expense of inpatients in these six big tumors with different medical payment system(urban employees medical insurance medical treatment,uninsured medical treatment and urban and rural residents medical insurance medical treatment)are compared by different statistics strategies such as descriptive analysis,variance analysis.It made a scientific generalization,collation and analysis of the relevant information obtained.ResultsThe contrast condition of these six big tumors with three different medical payment system are both similarities and differences.The biggest common point is that the hospitalization expenses of these three different medical payment system are significantly different.For those inpatients with urban employees medical insurance medical treatment,it possibly exist medical treatment excessive,induced non-normativerequirements,abuse and waste of medical resources.It may lead to medical treatment unfair phenomenon in a way.Conclusion1.Policy system of reveal all the details must be established to ensure that low-income people are protected by medical insurance when someone is sick.2.We need to consummate medical insurance system items and accelerate integration,unification of different medical insurance system.3.We need to a single special financial subsidy policy for patients with malignant tumor,and give more subsidies and more favorable reimbursement to patients with special types of diseases such as malignant tumor.4.We need to implement a consistent treatment programmed clinical pathway,with clinical pathway as the medium,rationally regulate take advantage of medical insurance expense expenditure and achieve sustainable development.
