Objectives:To present the self-care ability and therapeutic compliance of patients with hypertension in community,investigating the relationship between self-care ability and therapeutic compliance of patients with hypertension in community,in order to provide a theoretical basis to improve the therapeutic compliance of patients.Methods:Using convenient sampling method,select eligible cases in a total of 156 of community hypertension patients from 3 community hospitals from March 2016 to December 2016 as the research objects.Using general data questionnaire,the Appraisal of Self-care Agency Scale-Revised-Chinese(ASAS-R-C)and the Therapeutic Adherence Scale for Hypertensive Patients(TASHP)on the survey of the research object.After finished screening for the questionnaire,entry the data into SPSS22.0 software,using SPSS22.0 to statistical analysis of the data,analysis methods including descriptive analysis,single factor variance analysis,t-test,Pearson correlation analysis.Results:The score of self-care ability of hypertension patients in community is 57.30±9.50,the proportion of the high level of patients is about 55.8%,the proportion of the low level of patients is about 44.2%.Different the year-of-illness?different medical therapy type?different grades of blood pressure?different work?different degrees of education?different living situation?different marital status?different family per capita income?different medical expense payment?different ways of finding high blood pressure shows differences in self-care ability of community patients(P<0.05).The lowest score of therapeutic compliance of community is 75 points,the highest score is 112 points,the total score is 98.44±8.11.Different BMI?different levels of high blood pressure?different ages?different medical therapy type?different occupation?different marital status?different family per capita income?different smoking history?different ways of finding high blood pressure shows differences in the therapeutic compliance(P<0.05).Conclusions:Most community hypertension patients are in the high level of self-care ability.Factors that influencing the self-care ability of community hypertension patients is the year-of-illness?different medical therapy type?different grades of blood pressure?different work?different degrees of education?different living situation?different marital status?different family per capita income?different medical expense payment?different ways of finding high blood pressure.Most community hypertension patients are in the high level of therapeutic compliance.Factors influencing the therapeutic compliance is different BMI?different levels of high blood pressure?different ages?different medical therapy type?different occupation?different marital status?different family per capita income?different smoking history?different ways of finding high blood pressure.
