Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of Healthy Leg Pain After Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Fusion And Internal Fixation

Objective:To explore the probability of healthy leg pain after lumbar spinal stenosis fusion and internal fixation,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A retrospective study of the clinical data of patients admitted to the first affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2015 to December 2017 due to lumbar spinal stenosis with unilateral limb pain,a total of 487 patients who met the inclusion criteria were included in the study,statistical analysis of the incidence of leg pain in healthy side after fusion and internal fixation.Analysis of influential factors and correlation degree of healthy leg pain after lumbar spinal stenosis fusion and internal fixation with SPSS 19.0 software,including gender,age,underlying diseases(hypertension,diabetes),surgery(PLIF,TLIF),operation time,intraoperative blood loss,number of fusion segments,postoperative drainage flow,cerebrospinal fluid leakage,infection,pedicle screw deviation,nerve root injury and bed-rest time after operation.Results:There were 14 cases of healthy leg pain after PLIF,including 7 cases of male and 7 cases of female;There were 7 cases of healthy leg pain after TLIF,5 cases were male and 2 case was female.(2)The incidence of healthy leg pain after lumbar spinal stenosis fusion and internal fixation was 4.31%.(3)Single factor analysis results:surgery(P=0.007),cerebrospinal fluid leakage(P=0.001),number of fusion segments(P<0.001),pedicle screw deviation(P<0.001)were statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Multifactor analysis results:PLIF procedure(ORF=2.703,95%CI,1.014～7.203,P=0.047),pedicle screw deviation(OR=15.134,95%CI,2.040～112.268,P=0.008)were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cerebrospinal fluid leakage,number of fusion segments may be affected on healthy leg pain after lumbar spinal stenosis fusion and internal fixation;PLIF procedure,pedicle screws deviation may be an independent risk factor of healthy leg pain after lumbar spinal stenosis fusion and internal fixation.
