Clinical Effical Of Combined Treatment Of Compercept And Laser Photocagulation For Retinal Capicillary Hemangioma

Objective:Respective analysis for clinical retinal capillary hemangiomatreatment effect by combined treatment of vitreous chambercompercept injection andretinal laser photocoag-ulation.Methods:Respective analysis for this research from Mar 2013 to Mar 2017,there were totally 22 patients who are diagnosed with RCH below phase IV after OCT and FFA examinations.Patients consist of 6 males 6 eyes and 8 females 8 eyes.They were devided into 2 groups in accordance with different treatment methods.8 patients in control group will receive sole retinal laser photocoagulation treatment,the left 6patients in combined group will also receive after 1 week's vitreous chamber compercept injection according to their fundus conditions.All patients after1,2,3,6,12 months and last follow-up treatment were needed to observe the BCVA,CMT,tumor diameter,times of laser therapy and complications.Results:1.BCVA:Control group:During the observation after 1,2,3,6,12 months'and last follow-up treatment,no statistical significance between at the 1^stt diagnosis and after1 months'treatment?p=0.614?;statistical significance is obvious after2,3,6,12months'and last follow-up treatment?p<0.001?p<0.001?p<0.001?p<0.001?p<0.001?.Combined group:During the observation after 1,2,3,6,12 months'and last follow-up treatment,statistical significance exists at both the 1^stt diagnosis and after1,2,3,6,12 months'and last follow-up treatment?p<0.001?p<0.001?p<0.001?p<0.001?p<0.001?p<0.001?,all patients has steady visual improvement.BCVA comparison between the 2 groups:There's no statistical difference at the1^stt diagnosis?p=0.836?.It arose afte 1,2,3,6,12 months'and last follow-up treatment?p=0.020?p=0.002?p<0.001?p<0.001?p<0.001?.2.CMTControl group:During the observation after 1,2,3,6,12 months'and last follow-up treatment,no statistical significance between at the 1^stdiagnosis and after 1months'treatment?p=0.652?;statistical significance is obvious after2,3,6,12 months'and last follow-up treatment?p=0.014?p<0.001?p<0.001?p<0.001?p<0.001?.Combined group:During the observation after 1,2,3,6,12 months'and last follow-up treatment,existence of statistical significance at every period?p<0.001?p<0.001?p<0.001?p<0.001?p<0.001?p<0.001?.CMT comparison between the 2 groups:No statistical significance at the 1^stt diagnosis?p=0.821?,it appeared after 1,2,3,6,12 months'and last follow-up treatment?p=0.008?p<0.001?p<0.001?p<0.001?p<0.001?p<0.001?.3.Diameter of capillary hemangiomaControl group:During the observation after 1,2,3,6,12 months'and last follow-up treatment,no statistical significance exists at the 1^stt diagnosis and after 1months'treatment?p=0.164?,it arose after 2,3,6,12 months'and last follow-up treatment?p<0.001?p<0.001?p<0.001?p<0.001?p<0.001?Combined group:During the observation after 1,2,3,6,12 months'and last follow-up treatment,existence of statistical significance at every period?p<0.001?p<0.001?p<0.001?p<0.001?p<0.001?p<0.001?.Comparison:Tumour length of the 2 groups of patients has no statistical difference at the 1^stdiagnosis and after 1 months'?p=0.716?p=0.055?.Statistical difference engendered after 2,3,6,12 months'and last follow-up treatment?p=0.008?p=0.006?p=0.011?p=0.001?p=0.001?.4.Frequence of vitreous chamber compercept injection for patients in combined group and times of retinal laser photocoagulation for both groups.Times of vitreous chamber compercept injection 3.0±0.63;Times of RLP for control group 5.00±0.89,combined group 3.50±0.55,comparison difference has statistical significance?p<0.001?between different times of the 2 groups,combined group received less frequent retinal laser photocoagulation than control group.5.Comparison of complications between the 2 groups.1 out of 8 patients in control group had secondary macular fibrinous membrane,2appeared temporary elevation of blood pressure;3 out of the 6 patients in combined group appeared conjunctival congestion,2 had blood pressure rise.There's no statistical significance in complications between the 2 goups?p>0.05?.Conclusion:Combined treatment of Compercept injection and retinal laser photocoag-ulation has more advantages than sole retinal laser photocoagulation for curing RCH,it improves patient's visual ability effectively,relieves macular edema,reduces the diameter of the tumors,accelerates tumors shrink,takes the advantages of both treatments,reduces the frequency of retinal laser photocoagulation to reduce damage to patients'retinas.
