Objective: To retrospectively analyze the clinicopathological features and color Doppler ultrasonographic findings of triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)and non-triple-negative breast cancer(non-TNBC)and explore the correlation between P53 and ultrasonographic features of triple negative breast cancer and clinical significance.Materials and Methods: The postoperative pathological diagnosis of clinical and pathological data of patients with breast cancer were collected from December 2014 to July 2016 in Nanhua Hospital Affiliated to Nanhua University and First Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University, including the age of onset, axillary lymph nodes and histological type, histological grade and immunohistochemical results(estrogen receptor(ER)and progesterone receptor(PR),epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER-2),Ki-67,P53)expression.the ultrasonographic features of breast masses, including diameter of tumor(?2cm,> 2cm),Shape(round / oval / lobulated / irregular),Margin(clear / indistinct / microlobulated /angular/speculated)Posterior echo(enhancement/no change / attenuation),Microcalcification(yes/no),Blood flow grade(0 / I / II / III).The ER,PR,HER-2 were negative for the TNBC group, the ER,PR,HER-2 positive were randomly divided into non-TNBC,and then two groups of ultrasound, clinical pathological features and P53 correlation analysis.Results:452 patients were eligible for inclusion criteria,TNBC group accounted for 15.70%(71 cases),non-TNBC group accounted for 84.30%(381 cases).Pathological results showed that the percentage of axillary lymph node metastasis, histological grade> 2 and the expression of P53 in TNBC were 62%,23.9% and 64.8% higher than that in non-TNBC group,47.2% and 12.1%,51.7%(P <0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in age, pathological type, and non-TNBC group(P> 0.05);The ultrasonographic in group TNBC lesions round / oval, microlobulated, posterior echo enhancement, the internal flow of grade II to III cases accounted for45.1%,32.4%,38% and 57.7% respectively, higher than 14.7% in group non-TNBC,13.6%,20.7%,43.8%(P<0.05),and group TNBC mass speculated, microcalcification were 12.7%,25.4%,54.6% and 35.7% lower than that of group non-TNBC(P < 0.05).TNBC group lesion diameter> 2cm slightly higher proportion of non-TNBC group, and an aspect ratio of> 1 is slightly lower than the proportion of non-TNBC group,no significant difference(P> 0.05),The positive expression of P53 in TNBC group was correlated with axillary lymph node metastasis and blood flow grading(P = 0.009,0.011),P53 positive expression and age, pathologic type, histological grade, diameter, aspect ratio, shape, edge, ech, microcalcification. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion: 1?TNBC group compared with non-TNBC group, triple negative breast cancer had a higher rate of axillary lymph node metastasis and histological grade.2?Ultrasonography in the shape, edge, posterior echo, microcalcification and blood flow classification will help triple negative breast cancer and non-triple negative breast cancer identification.3 ? Triple negative breast cancer axillary lymph node metastasis, and blood flow classification were correlated with P53 expression.
