Objective:To investigate the relationship between the level serum Omentin-1and the occurrence of coronary heart disease and different types of coronary artery disease and the character of carotid plaques.Methods: The cases were strictly selected from 200 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent Coronary angiography(CAG)at the second Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University from January 2015 to January 2016,according to their clinical symptoms and experimental,they can be divided into acute myocardial infarction group(AMI group),(n=58),unstable angina pectoris(UAP)group of 65 cases,and stable angina pectoris(SAP group),(n=65),and stable angina pectoris(SAP group),(n=77),coronary an giography and neck ultrasound lesions were control group of 20 cases.When analyzede(IMT),and the character of carotid plaques by carotid ultrasonography in 200 cases with coronary heart disease,there were 108 cases of unstable plaque group(USP),80 cases of stable plaque group(SP),12 cases of no plaque.All subjects were detected the serum oemtin-1 level and inflammation factor of high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP)by ELISA method.The results were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)The clinical date of each group were compared: There were no significant differences in gender,age,BMI,FPG,TC,TG,and LDL-C in the clinical data of each group(P> 0.05).the levels of HDL-C in AMI group,UAP group and SAP group were lower than the control group,SBP,DBP higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(HDL-C)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between AMI group,UAP group and SAP group HDL-C,SBP and DBP(P>0.05).(2)The level of serum Omentin-1 in AMI group,UAP group and SAP group,was lower than in the control group,and hs-CRP was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),campared with UAPthe difference was statistically significant in AMI group than in UAP group and SAP group.The serum omentin-1 level(P < 0.05).There was significant difference in serum hs-CRP level between AMI group and UAP group and SAP(P< 0.05).(3)The level of serum Omentin-1 In USP group and SP group was lower than that in control group,and the level of hs-CRP was significantly higher than non plaque group,and the difference was significantly higher than that of control group,and the different was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the level of serum hs-CRP in USP group was significantly higher than that in SP group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was significant difference in serun hs-CRP level between USP group and SP group.(P < 0.05).(4)The level of Serum omentin-1 were negatively related with BMI,FPG,TG,LDL-C,SBP,DBP(R,-0.263,-0.230 were-0.184,-0.138,-0.221,-0.126);positive correlation with HDL-C(r=0.236,p=0.035);There were no significant correlation with age and TG(P > 0.05).(5)The expression of omentin-1 was negatively correlated with the expression of hs-CRP(r=-0.802,P < 0.05).Conclusions: 1.the level of serum omentin-1 was associated with the stability of carotid plaque,may act as biochemical index on plaque stability2.The level of serum Omentin-1 was decreased significantly in AMI group and UAP group,in some case,it can act as the index of severity on the coronary heart disease.
