Clinical Study Of ZiShenPingGan Decoction In Treating For Early Renal Damage In Hypertension Accompany Carotid Atherosclerosis

Objective:To investigate the theoretical basis of the early renal damage and carotid atherosclerosis caused by hypertension,to observe the clinical experience of my tutor-ZiShenPingGan Decoction cure on early renal damage in hypertensive patients with carotid atherosclerosis syndrome,the clinical curative effect of Yinxuyangkang and phlegm and blood stasis type,mechanism of action on this side the treatment of this disease.Methods;early renal damage in hypertensive patients with carotid atherosclerosis in 60 cases,adopting the research method of random parallel control,the groups were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group,two groups were treated with western medicine antihypertensive therapy,the treatment group used traditional Chinese medicine ZiShenPingGan decoction,curative effect evaluation after 4 months.Results:before treatment,the two groups in age of patients,male to female ratio,hypertension duration,no significant statistically comparable.After treatment,? the blood pressure in the two groups before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),the blood pressure between the groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);? the urinary albumin(mAlb),urinary beta 2-microglobulin(beta 2-MG),Cystatin C(CysC)index comparison:there was statistical significance after treatment and before treatment in treatment group and control group after treatment differences(P<0.01);?the detection rate of carotid atherosclerosis patch:after treatment,the plaque detection rate lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);? comparison of TCM symptom total curative effect,the total efficiency of the treatment group and the control group were 96.67%,43.33%,there was significant difference statistically significant(P<0.01);? the two group Comparison of TCM symptom total score:two groups after treatment,symptom scores were significantly decreased,with statistical significance(P<0.01),the treatment group than the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.01);? comparison of the two groups of TCM symptoms:comparison in the group,the two groups before and after treatment the clinical symptoms significantly improved,with statistical significance(P<0.01).Between the two groups,the treatment group in Yaoxisuanruan,night urination,tinnitus symptoms improved better than the control group(P<0.01);in vertigo,headache,numbness of limbs,chest,back pain,palpitations,forgetfulness and symptoms,similar to the efficacy of the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:the clinical study shows that ZiShenPingGan Decoction in the treating for early renal damage in hypertension accompany carotid atherosclerosis has satisfactory curative effect,it is worthy of further promotion,but because of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of a longer cycle,slow onset,the study time,sample size is small,the lack of long-term follow-up data,there is hope in the future to multi center,randomized controlled study the sample,the therapeutic effects were observed.
