ObjectiveTo explore the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome in patients with coronary heart disease,and through the deceleration capacity of heart rate(DC)of the correlation integral and Gensini results of coronary angiography and coronary artery lesions,to explore the relationship between DC and coronary heart disease and type of TCM,to assess the significance of DC on prognosis of coronary heart disease,and to provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment.MethodsFrom January 2016 to May-2017,the patients with coronary heart disease were diagnosed in the cardiovascular department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.Based on the clinical symptoms,tongue images and pulse conditions of patients,the TCM syndrome types of patients with coronary heart disease were identified,and the distribution characteristics of TCM Syndromes of coronary heart disease were identified.Judkins was used by experienced cardiac physicians for CAG diagnosis,and the diagnostic results were reported by 2 or more experienced radiologists or radiologists.Objective to analyze the distribution pattern of TCM syndromes and the correlation between DC value and TCM syndromes,coronary artery disease count and Gensini score of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease.ResultsA total of 134 patients were enrolled,including 80 males(59.7%)and 54 females(40.3%).The oldest was 79 years old,the youngest was 33 years old,the average age was(57.37 + 10.82)years old;the course of disease was 25 years and the minimum was 1 years,with an average of(11.06 + 5.35)years.TCM syndrome differentiation,41 cases of pure blood stasis syndrome,20 cases of blood stasis and qi stagnation syndrome,15 cases of blood stasis and phlegm turbidity syndrome,9 cases of blood stasis and cold coagulation syndrome,14 cases of simple phlegm turbidity syndrome,9 cases of qi deficiency syndrome,26 cases of Yang deficiency syndrome.The comparison between TCM syndrome type and DC value,by the single factor analysis of variance,no significant differences exist between the overall(P=0.78>0.05);comparison between the TCM syndrome type of DC value,the comparison between the 22 groups by SNK test showed that there was no statistically significant difference(P=0.97 > 0.05).The order of DC value from low to high is phlegm turbid blood stasis syndrome,cold coagulation blood stasis syndrome,qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,phlegm turbid syndrome,Yang deficiency syndrome and Qi deficiency syndrome.The number of coronary artery stenosis between TCM syndromes was compared between 22 groups by SNK test.The results showed that there was significant difference between Qi stagnation blood stasis group and phlegm turbidity syndrome group(P=0.049<0.05),and there was statistical difference between phlegm turbid blood stasis group and phlegm turbidity syndrome group(P=0.049<0.05).Comparison between TCM syndrome type and Gensini integral,by one-way ANOVA analysis,no significant differences exist between the overall(P=0.96>0.05);Gensini integral comparison between TCM syndrome,the comparison between the 22 groups by SNK test,the results showed there were no significant differences(P= 0.87>0.05).The comparison between coronary artery stenosis and the severity of DC,by the single factor analysis of variance,with statistical difference between the overall(P=0.03<0.05);further comparison between the 22 groups showed that there were significant differences in mild stenosis group and severe stenosis group(P=0.019<0.05);there were significant differences in mild stenosis group and occlusion group(P=0.018<0.05);moderate stenosis group and severe occlusion group with significant difference(P=0.03<0.05);there was no significant difference among other groups.After the Pearson correlation analysis showed that DC was negatively correlated with age,the difference was not statistically significant(r=-0.057,P=0.548);DC was negatively correlated with the duration,the difference was not statistically significant(r=-0.061,P=0.99);DC was negatively correlated with the number of coronary artery lesions,with statistical difference(r=-0.003,P=0.027);DC value associated with the degree of coronary artery stenosis,with statistical difference(r=-0.075,P=0.032);DC was negatively correlated with the Gensini score,with statistical difference(r=-0.011,P=0.017).ConclusionsCoronary heart disease includes two aspects: deficiency of essence and excess of superficiality,deficiency of Qi,yin and Yang,deficiency of Qi,yin and Yang,stagnation of Qi,phlegm,blood stasis and cold coagulation.This study shows that blood stasis and phlegm type,Yang deficiency and qi stagnation and blood stasis in patients with larger proportion,and the Yang deficiency,stagnation of vital energy and phlegm stasis of coronary heart disease are the most basic characteristic of the machine in addition,because of illness injury Yang,chronic illness into stasis,therefore,the average age of patients in the study of Yang deficiency much larger and longer duration.The order of DC value from low to high is phlegm turbid blood stasis syndrome,cold coagulation blood stasis syndrome,qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,phlegm turbid syndrome,Yang deficiency syndrome and Qi deficiency syndrome,which indicates that the risk of sudden death is higher when blood stasis syndrome and other syndrome types,especially phlegm turbid blood stasis syndrome,which should be paid attention to.CHD syndrome with blood stasis and cold coagulation syndrome,to blood stasis syndrome or blood stasis and qi stagnation syndrome,and then to blood stasis and phlegm turbidity syndrome,not only the number of coronary artery lesions gradually increased,and coronary artery disease Gensini score also increased.CHD deficiency from Qi deficiency to Yang deficiency,not only the severity of coronary artery stenosis and coronary artery disease gradually increased,Gensini score increased;the number of diseased Qi deficiency group,the degree of coronary artery stenosis;Yang deficiency lesions more coronary artery stenosis degree of weight.The number of coronary artery stenosis increases,the degree of stenosis is more serious,the greater the extent of myocardial ischemia and hypoxia,the more serious the degree,the greater the impact on the heart function,so that the deficiency syndrome from Qi deficiency to Yang deficiency development.The DC value and age,course of disease,coronary artery disease,coronary artery stenosis and Gensini score were negatively correlated,suggesting that increases with age,duration,severity of coronary artery stenosis increased,the degree of coronary artery stenosis increased,Gensini score increased,DC value decreased,autonomic nerve dysfunction increased,increasing the risk of sudden death.
