ObjectiveThis study was designed through a prospective randomized controlled study,To study the effect of pressing point therapy during the treatment of apnea in preterm infants.designed to proved that between 5-7 a.m.,massage the Taiyuan point, the Yongquan point, the Zusanli point and the Sanyinjiao point can promote the control of breathing in premature infants,Thus reducing the occurrence of apnea of prematurity. To provide experimental evidence for the clinical application of point acupuncture therapy, broadenning nursing intervention method.Methods146 preterm infants of 28-33 gestational weeks were enrolled in this study, and were randomly assigned to intervention group(n=71)and control group(n=75).the control group was treated with aminophylline. While the intervention group was treated with aminophylline and pressing point therapy between 5-7 a.m.,Once a day for 7 days. There are four acupuncture points in the selection of acupoints for Taiyuan point, the Yongquan point, the Zusanli point and the Sanyinjiao point. To observe and record the Premature Infant Pain Profile(PIPP)before and after pressing point therapy, and compare two groups of preterm infants the incidence of apnea, incidence of re-intubation,duration of invasive ventilation, duration of oxygen therapy, time of total enteral feedingd and weekly weight gain Within four weeks of birth, those who had been corrected for 37 weeks. All data were analyzed by IBM SPSS 23 statistical software.ResultsThis study included 161 subjects, excluded 1 case of severe skin damage,5 cases of congenital heart disease,2 cases of pulmonary bronchial dysplasia,4 cases of sepsis,2 cases of intracranial hemorrhage and 1 case death,A total of 146 cases were confirmed. To Compare two groups of preterm infants the general information about gender, birth weight, birth way and gestational age,The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),The data are comparable. The duration of oxygen therapy and incidence of apnea of intervention group was significantly decreased compared to control group(P<0.05).But there is no statistical difference on incidence of re-intubation,time of total enteral feeding, and weekly weight gain between intervention and control group(P>0.05).The average score of Preterm Infant Pain Profile of pressing point therapy is(9.82±2.94),Less than 12 points.,which indicates there is minimum pain caused by pressing point therapy.A single group repeated measurement analysis for each operation of the intervention group was obtained by F=1118.986,P<0.001,The result is statistically significant. Conclusion 1.Pressing point therapy of the four acupuncture points, including the Taiyuan point, the Yongquan point, the Zusanli point and the Sanyinjiao point has adjuvant therapy in the apnea of premature infants, which can decrease the duration of oxygen therapy and incidence of apnea of preterm infants.2.Pressing point therapy is a noninvasive operation, which has small pain stimulation for premature infants,is a good auxiliary measure to treat the apnea of premature infants.3.Pressing point therapy has good clinical development prospects,We should give full play to the advantages of TCM nursing,It is worth applying in clinical application.
