Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Chronic Hypo-inflammatory Status Distribution Of TCM Syndromes

Objective: To investigate the clinical data of polycystic ovary syndrome with chronic low-grade inflammatory status in the form of questionnaires,and to analyze the distribution of TCM syndromes in polycystic ovary syndrome with chronic low-grade inflammation Treatment of PCOS to provide dialectical basis.Methods: The relevant literature,consult the expert advice,combined with the purpose of research to develop "polycystic ovary syndrome with chronic low inflammation of patients with TCM syndromes distribution" questionnaire.To collect the clinical data of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with chronic low degree of inflammation,analyze the four diagnostic data by cluster analysis,and discuss the distribution of TCM syndromes in polycystic ovary syndrome with chronic low degree of inflammation.Results:(1)Through the systematic clustering analysis of 300 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with chronic low-grade inflammatory status,four syndromes were obtained,and the distribution of the four syndromes was obtained.: Spleen and phlegm syndrome,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome,liver by damp heat syndrome,spleen deficiency phlegm dampness syndrome in the four syndromes accounted for the highest proportion of 34.7%,followed by kidney deficiency blood stasis(P <0.05).(2)The body mass index and HOMA-IR level of patients with Spleen Deficiency and Phlegm Deficiency Syndrome were higher than those of other syndromes group.(3)With the increase of body mass index and HOMA-IR level,polycystic ovary syndrome Response protein levels and lymphocyte levels increased.Conclusion: There are four kinds of TCM syndromes in patients with polycystic(1)ovary syndrome with chronic low degree of inflammation.They are: phlegm-dampness syndrome,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,liver damp-heat syndrome.(2)The proportion of age and course of disease was not related to the distribution of TCM syndromes,and the body mass index and HOMA-IR level affected the distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and chronic low-grade inflammation.(3)The distribution of C-reactive protein and lymphocyte level in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome with chronic low-grade inflammation was affected by body mass index and HOMA-IR level.
