Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage By The Method Of Supplementing Qi And Activating Blood Circulation

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Method in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after drilling and drainage.Methods: 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria.Two groups of patients in the onset of the 24 hours after drilling drainage.Two groups of patients were given routine treatment of Western medicine after drilling and drainage,but the treatment group was treated with western medicine on the basis of third days after the start of the use of Qi and blood circulation drugs,the observation period of the treatment of the two groups were for 14 days.In the two groups were observed before and after operation and drilling drainage plus Yiqihuoxue method between the neural function defect score,different periods of residual hematoma volume and TCM syndrome score,and statistical analysis,observation of Supplementing Qi and activating blood on clinical improvement of trepanation and drainage for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after treatment.Results:By using SPSS20.0 statistical software,using x2 test,t test and other methods,the data processing results of the analysis:(1)the general treatment of the two groups of patients with age,blood loss,preoperative GCS score data were compared and analyzed,the results show that P>0.05,no obvious difference,comparable.(2)based on the combined with Yiqi Huoxue treatment group and Western medicine control group.Preoperative and postoperative clinical neurological deficit score,3 days of the residual volume of hematoma and TCM syndrome score were compared between groups,the results showed significant difference(P<0.05);(3)in the treatment group after third days with the method of Supplementing Qi and activating blood,compared with the pure western medicine treatment,has the advantages of the score group after treatment 7,14 days of clinical neurological impairment,there was significant difference(P<0.05);(4)hematoma absorption: seventh,14 days plus Yiqihuoxue treatment,two groups of patients with hematoma absorption differences there was statistical significance(P<0.05);(5)with Yiqihuoxue treatment 7,14 days later,through statistical analysis,the treatment group in improving the TCM syndrome than the control group had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1st.the curative effect of drilling drainage operation on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.2nd combined with Supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation method has obvious advantages compared with the conventional western medicine treatment of conventional western medicine treatment in drilling drainage in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage;3rd Yiqihuoxue method combined with western medicine in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after operation compared with the conventional western medicine treatment has obvious curative effect,the main table now improve the neurological function and TCM syndromes.4th in the treatment group than in the control group in the amount of residual hematoma advantage.
