The Investagation About Five-pattern Personality And Mental Health Of The Rual Migrant Workers Who Have Been Left-behind Children From Henan

Object: This research aimsto inspect Five-pattern personality and the mental health state of rual migrant workers,who had been left-behind child,analysis its Yin-yang characteristics based on Chinese medicine theory,and provide cluesfor preventing the physical and mental disorder by adverse childhood experiences.Method: Henan provincewas selected asthe investigation area,where gathers the most cases of migrant workers.The workers,who were 18 to 25 years old,and works at southern region of Yangtze River as objects,were divided into two groups,Left-Behand group(LB)and No-Left Behandgroup(NLB).General individual condition,Five-pattern personality,SCL-90 and LES as questionnaire surveys were finishedby the subjects independently.The investigators examined and recorded the questionnaire filling satus.All data was input into Access database and statistically processed by SPSS21.0,which t-test was used to compare LB and NLB,One-Way ANOVA to analysis economic and educational influenceon migrant workers experienced left-behind,bivariant correlation analysis to analysis impact of left-behind experience to personality and psychological health.Results: Totally 1148 questionnaires were sent out and 786 integrated and precise questionnaires were retrieved.Through test of Five-pattern personality,LB's score in Shao-Yang and Dai-Yin dimension were higher than NLB(P< 0.05),Maternal Separation Score was negatively related with score of Harmonization between Yin and Yang dimension(r=-0.159,P=0.001)and Shao-Yang dimension(r=-0.115,P=0.022),Paternal Separation Scorewas negatively related with score of Tai-Yang dimension(r=-0.104,P=0.038)and Harmonization between Yin and Yang dimension(r=-0.192,P=0.000),Total Separation Score was negatively related with score of Harmonization between Yin and Yang dimension(r=-0.205,P=0.000)and Shao-Yang dimension(r=-0.118,P=0.019),positively related with score of Tai-Yin dimension(r=0.102,P=0.041).In LB group,Shao-Yang score was signaficatly higher in people who only experienced junior middle school education than those experienced seniorhigh schooland college(P < 0.05),Tai-Yin scorewas signaficatly higher in people who only experienced junior middle schoolor senior high school education than those experienced college(P<0.05).The family economic scoreof LB was significantly positively related with score of Tai-Yang(r=0.113,P=0.024)and Shao-Yang dimension(r=0.123,P=0.014),and negatively related with Tai-yin(r=-0.112,P=0.025).As SCL-90,average score of each factor in LB group were higher than NLB group,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).For LES score ? 20,the score of hostility factor and terror factor in LB group were higher than NLB,and Maternal Separation Scorewas positively related with score of compulsion factor(r=0.125,P=0.036),Paternal Separation Score was positively related with score of psychosis(r=0.0.141,P=0.018)and compulsion factor(r=0.136,P=0.022),Guardian Score was positively related with score of somatization(r=0.305,P=0.000),psychosis(r=0.232,P=0.000),terror(r=0.213,P=0.000),depression(r=0.209,P=0.000),hostility(r=0.190,P=0.001),paranoid ideation(r=0.188,P=0.002),anxiety(r=0.164,P=0.006),compulsion(r=0.157,P=0.157),interpersonal sensitivity(r=0.147,P=0.014)factors.Total Separation Scorewas positivelyrelated with score of psychosis(r=0.287,P=0.000),compulsion(r=0.275,P=0.000),somatization(r=0.252,P=0.000),terror(r=0.246,P=0.000),depression(r=0.235,P=0.000),interpersonal sensitivity(r=0.202,P=0.001),paranoid ideation(r=0.192,P=0.001),anxiety(r=0.176,P=0.003),hostility(r=0.163,P=0.006)factors.Conclusion :(1)Migrant workers experienced left-behand haddouble personality,Tai-yin and Shao-Yao,and Care Deprivation probably is the main reason of forming Tai-yin personality.(2)Migrant workers experienced left-behand show obviously hostility and terror satus,left-behand experience had negative effect on it.(3)Yin bias personality has relation with education level and family economy satus.In summary,left-behand experience,which caused Care Deprivation,impels to form Yin bais personality and life affairs sensitivity,in turn to make behavior disoders,such as psychosis,compulsion,terror,depression,interpersonal sensitivity,etc.The results imply that psychic trauma by left-behand experience can make Yang-Qi injured or depression,which probably is the base of susceptibility of psychic and behavioral disorders.
