Objective The detection and observation index by plasma fibrinogen and blood rheology of the acute cystitis(damp heat syndrome)patients and healthy people, clear changes of plasma fibrinogen and blood rheology in the acute cystitis(damp heat syndrome)patients,to explore the relationship between the changes of plasma fibrinogen and blood rheology of the acute cystitis(damp heat syndrome)patients with bladder index damp heat syndrome. In order to explore the mechanism of plasma fibrinogen and hemorheology in patients with bladder damp heat syndrome, and to provide the basis for the objectivity of the diagnostic criteria for TCM Syndromes of the disease. Methods Collected from April 2016 to December 2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan TCM University Department of urology outpatient and inpatient diagnosis of the acute cystitis(damp heat syndrome)patients, according to gender, age and severity of collocation principle,In accordance with the inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria and shedding criteria included 30 patients as observation group,at the same time,30 healthy persons were selected as control group.SPSS19.0 statistical software package was used to deal with the data, and the chi square test was used to count thedata. The measurement data were expressed as(x±s),and does not conform to the normal distribution using the median and four quantile spacing [M(P25,P75)]representation;and the normal distribution was tested by T.Two samples were compared using single factor analysis of variance,Tamhane'T test was used in the analysis of variance, correlation analysis was applied to the correlation of two variables and partial correlation analysis, and the difference was statistically significant with P < 0.05.Results 1 30 patients in the observation group,5 males,25 females, the minimum age was 21 years old,the maximum age was 57 years old,the average age was(38.67 ±9.71)years;the shortest duration was 0.3 days, the longest was 7 days, the average duration was 3(1.75,5.25)days;30 cases in normal control group,11 cases were male,19 were female, the minimum age was 26 years old,the maximum age was 58 years old,the average age was(41.37 ± 8.68)years;compared with the observation group and the control group in gender and age distribution, there were no significant differences(P > 0.05),the two groups were comparable.2 The mean values of plasma viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, erythrocyte aggregation index and fibrinogen in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3 The changes of plasma viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and erythrocyte aggregation index(P < 0.05)were correlated with the changes ofhemorheology, while the changes of hematocrit were not correlated with fibrinogen(P > 0.05).Conclusion The changes of hemodynamics in the acute cystitis(damp heat syndrome)patients were significantly changed and the blood viscosity increased. The content of plasma fibrinogen in patients with damp heat syndrome of acute cystitis. The changes of plasma viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and erythrocyte aggregation index were related to the content of fibrinogen, and the changes of hematocrit were not correlated with the content of fibrinogen.
