The Research Physical Features Of Traditional Chinese Medicine On Patients With Diabetic Retinopathy In Cixi Area

Objective To investigate the diabetic retinopathy Cixi area TCM constitution type characteristicof patients with diabetic retinopathy in Cixi area,and to provide the basis for prevention and cure of diabetic retinopathy.Method 300 cases with diabetic retinopathy were collected as DR group in January 2015-June 2017,and 300 cases healthy were collected ascontrol group.The TCM constitution type of two groupsand diabetes duration were collected and compared,and then the relationship of TCM constitution type of patients with different course and DR were analyzed.Results(1)DR group Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,Blood stasis wass more,Qi depression,Mild physical and the Tebing type was less,and the difference had statistical significance with control group(P<0.05).(2)The Logistic analysis showed that Blood stasis,Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency and Mild physical types affect the incidence of DR.Blood stasis,Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency physical types OR value>1,and Mild physical type OR value<1.(3)When a course of diabetes is shorter than 5 years,three constitutional types,including Blood stasis constitution,Yin deficiency constitution and Mild physical constitution,affect occurrence of DR,while the first two types are risk factors for DR when a diabetes course is shorter than 5 years and the third type is a protective constitution type in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for DR.When a diabetes course is between 5 to 10 years,four constitutional types,blood stasis constitution,Yin deficiency constitution,Qi deficiency constitution and Mild physical constitution,affect the occurrence of DR,while the first three types are risk constitutional types in TCM for DR when a diabetes course is between 5 to 10 years.When a diabetes course is above 10 years,a total of five constitutional types,including Blood stasis constitution,Yang deficiency constitution,Qi deficiency constitution,Yin deficiency constitution and Mild physical constitution,affect occurrence of DR,while the first four types are risk constitutional types for DR when a diabetes course is above 10 years.Conclusion This study prompts that Blood stasis,Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency and Mild physical types are High-incidence constitutions of Incipient DR in Cixi area.The Blood stasis type is the main body type of DR pathogenesis,and throughout the the whole process.When the duration of diabetes is shorter,Blood stasis is the main pathogenic factor,and when duration of diabetes is longer,Qi deficiency is pathogenic factors.
