The Treatment Of Lumbar Tuberculosis Curative Effect Analysis With Intervertebral Foramen Microscopic Lesions Cleared Plus Drug Lavage Combined With Chinese Herbal Medicine

Object To observe the efficacy of the method,to observe its effectiveness and safety,to improve the cure rate of the disease and to alleviate the pain of the patients by observing the difference of the therapeutic effect between the percutaneous vertebrae and the combined lavage combined with traditional Chinese medicine and traditional open surgery,To provide a theoretical basis for clinical application,to facilitate further application.Method In this study,50 patients with lumbar tuberculosis admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(n = 25).The two groups were treated with oral anti-tuberculosis drugs,the control group using the traditional open surgery;treatment group using percutaneous intervertebral foramen combined with drug lavage combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,an average of about 2 weeks after the pull drainage tube.The changes of CRP and ESR were compared between the two groups.The Oswestry dysfunction index was used to evaluate the daily living ability and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after 12 months.Result The levels of CRP in the treatment group and the control group were 24.5 ± 15.2 mg/L and 27.2 ± 15.7 mg/L,respectively,and the ESR levels were 32.2 ± 1.5 mm/h and 33.1 ±1.2 mm/h(P>0.05).The levels of CRP were 4.6 ±2.3 mg/L and 5.2 ± 3.4 mg/L,and the levels of erythrocyte sedimentation were 6.9 ± 2.1 mm/h and 6.2 ± 1.6 mm/h(P>0.05).CRP and ESR were lower than those before operation,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The ODI index was 11.1 ± 0.9and 10.6±1.2 in the two groups after 1 year of treatment.The efficacy of the treatment group was 48%and 52%in the treatment group and 56%and 44%in the control group,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Intervertebral foraminectomy combined with lavage combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment and traditional open surgery on lumbar tuberculosis have a definite therapeutic effect,trauma is small,high security,less influencing factors,the effect is better than the control group,it is worth further clinical application.
