Clinical Observation On The Fetus Protection Effects By Tapping Dodder Seed On Yongquan Point On Patients With Weak Kidney And Recurrent

Objective Through clinical observation on the fetus protection effects by tapping dodder seed on yongquan point on patients with weak kidney and recurrent abortion,it provides a scientific experimental basis and clinical data support in the clinical application for dodder seed.It alleviates patients' clinical symptoms of recurrent spontaneous abortion.Discomfort symptoms,and improves the efficacy and the success rate of fetus protection.Methods All the selected cases has been randomly divided into experiment group and control group,and each group has 60 cases.The experiment group was treated by tapping dodder seed on yongquan point and with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine only.The fetus protection effects by tapping dodder seed on yongquan point on patients with weak kidney and recurrent abortion are evaluated by comparing the success rate of pregnancy in two groups,the improvement of clinical symptoms,the level of early blood HCG and estradiol,and the live birth rate of the two groups.Results 1.The success rates of the experient group and the control group were 84.5%and 66.1%respectively.The success rate of pregnancy was significantly increased in the experiment group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Compared with the control group,the TCM symptom of the experiment group was better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Compared with the control group,the levels of serum HCG and E2 in the experiment group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The rate of live births was 84.7%and 64.1%in the two groups.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tapping dodder seed on yongquan point has a good fetus protection effect on patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion in patients with weak kidney and recurrent abortion,which can improve the physical condition,improve the pregnancy rate and live birth rate.It can improve the clinical symptoms of vaginal bleeding,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,loss of appetite and other symptoms.In clinical application it is basically safe and effective.There is no obvious adverse reactions,mother and child are both doing well.
