Purpors:To research the effect of pathologyconformation , NO and SOD by acupuncture Yongquan point on acute cerebral hemorrhage(ACH). Methods:To observe changes of pathology by microscope; adopt nitric acid reductase method to examine NO content and xanthine oxidase method to examine SOD activity. Result:(1) Acupuncture group , compared with model group , haematoma area diminish, inflammation cells infiltration alleviate, meningitis response easer, soften focus shrink clearly.(2) Nondifference of NO content at 4h and 12h after CH, but at 24h, 72h and 7d, it was obviously higher in Model than that in Others, obviously lower in regularity than that in Model.(3) Nondifference of SOD activity at 4h and 12h after CH, but at 241k 72h and 7d, it was obviously lower in Model than that in Others, obviously higher in regularity than that in Model. Conclusion:Compared with Model, acupuncture applied for ACH early could significantly improve the activity of SODand reduce the content of NO in brain and could protect the function of brain.
