Relationship Research Of NAFLD And Blood Lipids Level With The Colorectal Adenomas In The Elderly

Objective:Explore the old NAFLD and blood lipids level between colorectal adenomas correlation,help to better understand the clinical characteristic and the direction of colorectal adenomas development and blood lipid level in the elderly with NAFLD,better to prevent the happening of the old colorectal cancer early.Methods:Collecte perfect the colonoscopy,abdominal imaging and related data integrity of 300 old colorectal adenomas patients during our hospital from January 2010 to December 2016.Divide them into NAFLD and no fatty liver groups.To study the clinical characteristics,the characteristics and development direction of colorectal adenomas in two groups:According to the characteristics and development direction of colorectal adenomas to grouped,to study relation of blood lipids level with characteristics and development direction of colorectal adenomas.Results:1.According to abdominal imaging and combined with clinical informations grouped:divided them into no fatty liver and NAFLD groups,to compare the clinical characteristics,the characteristics and development direction of colorectal adenomas between two groups:1.1 Compared NAFLD and no fatty liver groups,NAFLD group have higher BMI proportion,more patients with diabetes,the difference have statistical significance(P<0.05).1.2 Compared a part of blood biochemical abnormalities proportions in proportion between NAFLD and no fatty liver groups,TG and CHO abnormalities in proportion are more higher,LDL abnormalities in proportion is more higher,and have more higher unusually FBG proportion,the difference have statistical significance(P<0.05).1.3 Compared blood biochemical and fasting blood-glucose level between NAFLD and no fatty liver groups,TG level is more higher,CHO level and FBG level are more higher.the difference have statistical significance(P<0.05).1.4 Compared the characteristics and development direction of colorectal adenomas between NAFLD and no fatty liver groups.Multiple adenoma ratio and villous colorectal adenomas proportion is higher,and more high level intraepithelial neoplasiaproportion,the difference have statistical significance(P<0.05).2.According to the characteristics and development direction of colorectal adenomas to grouped,Respectively compared relationship of blood lipids(TG ? CHO ? LDL)with characteristics and development direction of colorectal adenomas:2.1 According to adenoma location to grouped:Between the three groups of TG level mean not all equal,there is statistical significance(P <0.05);TG level in the distal and proximal groups compare,there is statistical significance(P < 0.05);The distal group compared with near and far group of TG level,there is statistical significance(P < 0.05).2.2 According to the number of adenomas to grouped:TG and CHO level of multiple adenomas group is more higher than singleadenomas group,,the difference have statistical significance(P<0.05).2.3 According to adenoma the diameter size to grouped:TG and LDL level of adenoma is greater than or equal to 0.5cm adenoma group is more higher than another group,the difference have statistical significance(P<0.05).2.4 According to adenoma pathological type to grouped:TG level of villous colorectal adenomas group more higher than another group,the difference have statistical significance(P<0.05).Results:In elderly patients with colorectal adenomas,the number of adenoma with NAFLD patients are more likely to be multiple,malignant change and have a higher risk;Hyperlipidemia especially high TG level may play a role in the occurrence and process of colorectal adenomas.
