The Clinical Effect Of Enteral Nutrition Combined With Somatostatin On Treatment Of Rehabilitation Of Patients With Pancreatic Surgery

Objective:To study the effect of combined treatment of enteral nutrition combined with somatostatin on rehabilitation of pancreatic surgeryMethods:152 cases of pancreatic surgery patients from Dec 2013 to Dec 2015 in our hospital were studied,they were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 76 cases,the control group was given parenteral nutrition and somatostatin treatment,the observation group was given enteral nutrition and somatostatin treatment.The nutrition indicators,nitrogen balance,increased levels of creatinine,Plasma insulin level,flatus,gastric motility time,hospital stay,the incidence of complications,reoperation and mortality were compared before and after surgery.Results:When compared with before,the level of blood glucose,hemoglobin and serum albumin were significantly increased in the two groups,which the observation group increased more significantly(P<0.05);the flatus,gastric motility time and hospital stay in the observation goup were significantly less than the control(P<0.05);the complication rate in observation group was 13.2%,the reoperation rate was 0%,and the mortality rate was 10.5%,the three indicators were significantly less than the control(P<0.05).Conclusion:the enteral nutrition combined with somatostatin pancreatic surgery for postoperative rehabilitation of patients shows better clinical results,when compared with parenteral nutrition group,the nutrition indicators was more significantly enhanced,the nitrogen balance was improved more obviously,and the recovery time,the incidence of complications,the reoperation and mortality rate was reduced,it is worth recommended.
