| Objective To observe the effect of dezocine on the median effective dose of pain during the recovery period after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients of different age groups received remifentanil and propofol intravenous anesthesia.Methods Ninety-six patients were enrolled in this study and were divided into three groups:young group,mid-age group,and old group.Young group patients were25-33 years old.Mid-age patients were 45-54 years and old group patients were 65-74 years.All the patients received the same anesthesia induction and maintenance method.All patients received the only analgesic drug remifentanil.The BIS value was between 40?60.10 min before the end of surgery,patients receivedl intravenous dezocine.Propofol and remifentanil were not infused until the end of surgery.VAS scores were measured 30 min after extubation.VAS more than 4 points was defined as acute postoperative pain.Analysis of dizocin ED50 by Probit regression was performed and 95%of the dose was calculated.The operation time,extubation time and postoperative adverse reactions were recorded.Results The dose of dizocin was 0.165±0.018 mg/kg in the young group,which was significantly higher than that in the middle-aged group(0.147± 0.015mg/kg and 0.116±0.011 mg/kg(P<0.05)in the elderly group.The dose of ED50 in the middle-aged group was significantly higher than that in the elderly group(P<0.05).Dezocin inhibited ED50 and 95%CI of pain in the three groups of patients with 0.161mg/kg(0.152?0.181mg/kg),0.145 mg/kg(0.139-0.171 mg/kg)and 0.117mg/kg(0.112-0.141 mg/kg).There was no significant difference among these groups in operation time,extubation time and postoperative adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion The ED50 value of dezocine in relieving post LC pain was significantly more high in young patients than mid-age patients.While the ED50 in mid-age patients was more high than that in old age patients. |
