Objective :To explore the relation between serum IL-33 with CRP and the severity of coronary lesion in different patients with coronary heart disease.Methods: 65 patients with coronary heart disease from May 2015 to December in 2015 in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University(The First People’s Hospital of C hangzhou)were selected as coronary heart disease group,25 healthy persons of normal coronary angiography(CAG)or minimal lesion <50% were selected as control group.Coronary heart disease group was divided into SAP group(23 cases),UAP group(14 cases),AMI group(28 cases);ELISA was used to test the serum level of IL-33;clinical laboratory detect the serum level of C RP.Gensini points-scoring system was used to assess the degree of coronary artery lesions;the relation was analyzed among the CRP,IL-33 and Gensini points.Results:1.The differences of the serum level of IL-33 in SAP group,UAP group,AMI group and control group were all statistically significant(P < 0.01);the differences of the serum level of IL-33 between AMI group with SAP group and UAP group were all statistically significant(P < 0.01);zero difference of the serum level of IL-33 between SAP group with UAP group(P > 0.05);the level of CRP in AMI group,UAP group were all higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01),the differences of CRP in SAP group and control group was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).2.The positive correlation was found in IL-33 and CRP(r = 0.568,P < 0.01),the positive correlation was also found in IL-33 and Gensini scores(r = 0.595,P < 0.01)according to the rectilinear correlation and regression analysis.3.The count of white blood cell in AMI group were higher than those in SAP group,UAP group and control group,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);Gensini scores in SAP group,UAP group,AMI group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:IL-33 and CRP participate in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease;IL-33 and CRP have closely relation with the order of severity in coronary lesion. |
