Objectives: FD is one of the common digestive system diseases with higher morbidity and more complex incidence reasons.By conventional medical treatments in most cases, the effect is not ideal and the clinical recurrence rate is high that will seriously affect patients' quality of life, emotions and daily work. The study is aimed at exploring the clinical significance of brain function check diagnosis to FD patients associated with anxiety and depression state and studying the relationship between functional dyspepsia(FD)and mental psychological factors. This paper will provide reference basis for the further treatment of FD.Methods: Epidemiological survey,SAS and SDS were performed on the basis of 100 confirmed cases of FD outpatients and 30 healthy volunteers in Changzhou PLA 102 Hospital from Nov.2015 to Oct.2016.Case data was used for statistic analysis.EEG was performed on 100 FD patients and 30 healthy volunteers to compare the abnormal rate.ET was performed on each case to compare the difference between neurotransmitter and control group.Results:(1)41-year-old to 50-year-old patient is in the majority of FD patients. The incidence of woman is higher than man.Patients' complains of easily nervous and digestive tract symptoms mainly contain moderate degree of epigastric pain, abdominal distention, belching, acid regurgitation and early satiety. Most symptoms affect the daily work or learning. In these 100 FD patients, there were 30 cases with anxiety state whose SAS scores were 50 points or more;there were 33 cases with depression state whose SDS scores were 50 points or more;there were 11 cases with anxiety and depression state whose SAS and SDS scores were both 50 points or more;there were 26 cases without anxiety and depression state whose SAS and SDS scores were less than 50 points. In 100 FD patients, the incidence of anxiety is 30%,the incidence of depression is 33% and the incidence of anxiety and depression is 11%.The average value of standard SDS(48.65±8.72 vs.41.17±8.52)and the average value of SAS(44.96±9.69 vs.37.38±8.08)are obviously higher than the control group.FD patients have higher depression and anxiety occurrence rate than common people.(P<0.05)(2)EEGs of FD patients are on the edge condition and mildly abnormal.Present as ? waves forward or generalization,? moderated, asymmetric,? increase and extensive low voltage.EEG is traced as the rhythm of ? background waves weakening, poor modulation, low amplitude, more visible short-range rhythmicity of 4-7Hz ? waves, not inhibition or partial inhibition of ? waves with eyes open or close.Or ? waves disappear during the entire process of EEG,mainly low-amplitude mixed ? waves and ? waves shows. There is no epileptiform discharges. In FD patients group, there are 35 abnormal EEGs.The abnormal rate is 35%.? waves forward or generalization accounts for 8%,? moderated accounts for 4%,asymmetric accounts for 5%,? increase accounts for 11% and extensive low voltage accounts for 7%.In normal control, there are 3 cases of abnormal EEGs.The abnormal rate is 10%.The abnormal rate of FD patient group is much higher than the normal control.(P<0.05)(3)Comparing the difference between neurotransmitters of FD patients without anxiety and depression state and the healthy volunteers has no statistical significance.Changes and distinctions of neurotransmitters between FD patients with anxiety and depression state and FD patients without the state in 100 cases are further compared. The neurotransmitter of FD patients with anxiety,GABA(6.2±3.8 vs.8.9±2.1)activity decreases obviously. It's lower than reference value of pure FD group. While NE(13.2±4.6 vs.10.8±3.6)?Ach(17.6±4.8vs.14.7±3.0)?Glu(7.8±3.3 vs.5.7±2.0)and 5-HT(22.3±3.3vs.20.2±4.3)activities strengthen, higher than the reference value of pure FD group(P<0.05).AUC:GABA 0.720,Glu 0.702,5-HT 0.673,Ach 0.668 and NE 0.667.The best cutoff point : GABA 6.5,Glu 8.5.FD patients with depression: neurotransmitters 5-HT(17.9±4.1 vs.20.2±4.3),DA(4.9±3.1 vs.7.1±2.5)are obviously below than the reference value of pure FD group(P<0.05).AUC: 5-HT 0.644,DA0.713.The best cutoff point : DA 4.5.FD patients with anxiety and depression state: 5-HT(16.5±5.1vs.20.2±4.3)and DA(4.6±2.7vs.7.1±2.5)are lower than the reference value of pure FD group, but NE(14.4±5.1 vs.10.8±3.6)is higher than the reference value of pure FD group(P<0.05).AUC: 5-HT 0.713,DA 0.757 and NE 0.710.The best cutoff point : 5-HT 15.5,DA 4.5 and NE 12.5.Conclusion: Anxiety, depression and other mood disorders are great causes of FD.The incidence of anxiety and depression state and the abnormity of EEG of FD patients are higher than common people, which are properly connected with change of neurotransmitter in the brain and brain disorders.Brain function check provides neural physiological indexes for correct diagnosis and curative effect observations of FD patients associated with anxiety and depression state.
