Objective: To judge the accuracy rate of diagnosis through observing the classification of IPCL with narrow-band imaging magnifying endoscopy, compared with pathologic histology. To study the the function and significance of early esophageal cancer diagnosis under NBI.Methods: During The Study Period,wo collected and analysised all the patients which were diagnosed as esophageal lesion by ordinary gastrocopy, endoscopic ultrasonography and NBI.All of the patients underwent ESD,and resected specimens were reviewed microscopically in the first people's hospital of Changzhou.Comparing the Endoscopic diagnosis with pathological diagnosis,to prove the feasibility of narrow-band imaging magnifying endoscopy in preoperative diagnosis of Endoscopy submucosal dissection. Results: Compared preoperative diagnosis by NBI with pathologic diagnosis after ESD,the yield of biopsy consisted of 82.8% as consistent, and 17.2% as overdiagnosed. Conclusions: NBI+ME observed the IPCL of diseased region to judge the pathologic diagnosis. And there is high consistency between the 2 diagnosis.
