| Objective:The gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of digestive system in our country, which has a high mortality rate, but if gastric cancer can be detected early and diagnosed and treated in time, the postoperative survival rate of gastric cancer will be greatly improved. This article disussion the development of endoscopic techniques related to early diagnosis of gastric cancer, mainly exploring the value of small-probe endoscopic ultrasound(EUS)combined with narrowband imaging magnifying endoscopy(ME-NBI)in the diagnosis and treatment of early gastric cancer. Methods:Through retrospective selection of ordinary white light endoscopy in Bengbu Third People’s Hospital from September 2017 to March 2021,all patients suspected of having early gastric cancer under white light endoscopy, all patients underwent EUS and/or ME-NBI examination, and all patients underwent pathological examination, taking the pathological examination results as the gold standard, comparing the consistency of the diagnostic results of EUS,ME-NBI and the combined examination of the two on the lesion and the pathological diagnosis results. Results:Finally,a total of 137 patients with a total of 159 lesions were included in this study,of which 47 lesions were single-performed EUS examination,47 lesions were single-line ME-NBI examination, and 65 lesions were examined by EUS and ME-NBI at the same time.Among the 47 lesions of single EUS examination, the agreement rate between diagnosis results and pathological results was 74.5%,with moderate consistency(Kappa = 0.46),and the consistency rate between diagnosis results and pathological results was 80.9% and good agreement(Kappa = 0.62)for 47 lesions with ME-NBI examination, and the consistency rate of 65 lesions after EUS and ME-NBI examination was 90.8%,and the consistency was satisfactory(Kappa=0.82).Conclusion:Through the combination of two or more endoscopic techniques, the detection rate of early gastric cancer can be greatly improved, the mortality rate of gastric cancer can be reduced, and people’s quality of life can be improved. The combination of endoscopic technology provides a new idea for early intervention treatment to improve the prognosis of patients, which can be widely used in the diagnosis and evaluation of early gastric cancer, and also provides an important basis for formulating treatment plans for early gastric cancer. |
