Objectives.This study aims to understand advanced cancer patients with suicidal ideation and the status quo of social support based on the analysis of hospitalized late-stage cancer patients with suicidal ideation and the influence factors of social support;Evaluate patients with advanced cancer correlation between suicidal ideation and social support,Early detection of cases of suicide,nursing interventions are targeted to prevent formation of suicidal behavior,and to further enhance the quality of nursing security management reference.Method.Facilitate extraction January 2016-December 2016 in Suzhou in a tertiary hospital and Changzhou ethyl tertiary hospital inpatient.Clinical pathology is diagnosed malignancy,and life expectancy is less than 6 months,age ? 18 years of age and know their condition,conscious,able to engage in normal communication,and patients with informed consent and complete the questionnaire.Issued by the researchers to take patients on the spot and recycling questionnaire.Survey instruments used include general information about questionnaires,social support for self-rating scale,suicidal ideation.Questionnaires by researchers organize data entry Epidata3.0 and SPSS22.0 statistical analysis.Epidata3.0 data entry sorting,statistical methods include descriptive analysis,variance analysis and multiple linear regression,Pearson correlation analysis.Explore the hospitalized late-stage cancer patients with suicidal ideation and the status quo of social support,analysis of hospitalized late-stage cancer patients with suicidal ideation and the influence factors of social support;analysis of hospitalized patients with advanced cancer correlation between suicide ideation and social support.Result.1.the hospitalized late-stage cancer patients with suicidal ideation score and individual scores,score(13.69 ± 4.96),despair(7.87 ± 3.58)and optimism(2.62 ± 1.26),sleep(3.20 ± 1.10),(.90 ± 0.96).214 cases of hospitalization in patients with advanced cancer,145 cases of suicidal ideation score ? 12 points,suicidal ideation rate of up to67.8%.Gender,age,education,marital status in the regression equation,no significantregression(P>0.05),R2 of 0.04,indicating no significant demographic variables predict suicidal ideation can only predict suicidal ideation scored 4% variations.2.and hospital late cancer patients of social support volume table of total(30.64 ± 10.93),objective support(8.79 ± 4.52),subjective support(15.96 ± 4.84),on support of using degrees(5.90 ± 2.34),social support total and the subjective support and on support of using degrees scored are significantly below national often die,and objective support degrees and national often die compared no statistics meaning.3.at 70 years of age hospitalized late-stage cancer patients with social support and subjective support and the use of support,were significantly lower than those of other age groups in hospital patients with advanced cancer(P<0.05).Objective support factors was significantly lower than other hospitalized patients with advanced cancer of the 40~70sui(P<0.05),and 40 years of age hospitalized late-stage cancer patients with no significant difference.4.hospitalized patients with advanced cancer have different education social support and three scores showed significant differences,elementary level of the hospitalized late-stage cancer patients with social support,the objective and the subjective support and support utilization were significantly lower than those of other age groups in hospital patients with advanced cancer(P<0.05).5.marriage status of hospitalized patients with advanced cancer social support and support objective and subjective scores showed significant differences,the hospitalized late-stage cancer patients with social support of divorced and widowed,scores of objective support,social support were significantly lower than those of unmarried and married in hospital patients with advanced cancer(P<0.05).6.hospitalized late-stage cancer patients with suicidal ideation scale total score and individual scores and social support score and the correlation coefficients are significant dimensions(P<0.01),social support score higher,suicide ideation lower score and smaller risk of suicide.7.level of social support in inpatients with advanced cancer scale each dimension object are significant predictors of suicidal ideation,social support scale the dimensions included in the equation of the R2 change of 0.523,shows all dimensions of social support scale can explain the variation of suicide ideation 52.3%.Conclusions.Studies have shown that high incidence of suicidal ideation in patients with advanced cancer in hospital;low social support of hospitalized patients with advanced cancer,mainly reflected in the subjective support and support of both.Over the age of 70 patients,primary school education,and divorced,widowed low social support in inpatientswith advanced cancer.Social support the prediction of patients with suicidal ideation is notable,high degree of social support scores hospitalized late-stage cancer patients with suicidal ideation,suicide risk.Gender,age,education,marital status and other factors do not directly affect the suicide,but these factors affect the indirect effects of social support of patients with suicidal ideation.
