Objective:This study was aimed at investigation the association of STK39 gene polymorphisms and cerebral hemorrhage in Changsha area.And further analyze the interactions between polymorphisms and risk factors.Method:This is a case-control study,a total of 100 cases and 200 controls were enrolled form January 2015 to December 2016 in xiangya hospital.Cases of cerebral hemorrhage were diagnosed by CT or MRI,and the control group was the same age and sex matched healthy people in Changsha area.Polymerase chain reaction ligase detection reaction(PCR-LDR)polymorphism determination of STK39 geners3754777,rs35929607,and Changsha polymorphic loci in Han population of the relationship between cerebral hemorrhage by using SPSS19.0 software on the two polymorphic loci of different genotypes and allele related risk relationship analysis,logistic regression analysis on risk factors of cerebral hemorrhage.Results:1.In Hunan Han population of Chang sha STK39 gene rs3754777 genotype frequency distribution: GG(57%),AG(34.3%),AA(8.7%)and allele frequency: G(74.2%),A(25.8%);STK39 gene rs35929607 genotype frequency distribution: GG(31.7%),AG(51.3%),AA(17%)and allele frequencies: G(57.3%),A(42.7%).2.STK39 gene rs3754777 genotype frequencies in the ICH group: GG(62%),AG(28%),AA(10%)and allele frequency: G(79.3%),A(20.7%);the control group: GG genotype frequency(54.5%),AG(37.5%),AA(8%)and allele frequency: G(73.3%),A(26.7%),there is no significant difference between the two groups of genotype and allele(P>0.05);STK39 gene rs35929607 genotype frequency in the ICH group: GG(29%),AG(51%),AA(20%)and allele frequency(54.5%): G A,(45.5%);the control group: GG genotype frequency(33%),AG(51.5%),AA(15.5%)and allele frequency: G(58.8%),A(41.2%).There was no significant difference in genotype and allele between the two groups(P>0.05).3.ICH group has no significant difference in hypertension and non hypertension two subgroups STK39 geners3754777 genotype frequency(P>0.05),and no significant differences were compared with the control group STK39 geners3754777 genotype frequency distribution(P>0.05);ICH group has no significant difference in hypertension and non hypertension two subgroups STK39 geners35929607 genotype frequency(P>0.05),and no significant differences were compared with the control group STK39 geners35929607 genotype frequency distribution(P>0.05).4.In the ICH groupSTK39 gene rs3754777 for each genotype and systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure showed no significant difference(P>0.05),the control groupSTK39 gene rs3754777 in each genotype and systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure had no significant difference(P>0.05);ICHSTK39 gene rs35929607 group in each genotype and systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure showed no significant difference in(P>0.05),in the control group STK39 geners35929607 each genotype and systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure had no significant difference(P>0.05).5.There were no significant differences in the level of sodium STK39 geners3754777 for each genotype and blood group 4.ICH(P>0.05),and there were no significant difference in each group STK39 geners3754777 genotype and serum sodium level control(P>0.05);there were no significant differences in the level of sodiumSTK39 gene rs35929607 for each genotype and blood group ICH(P>0.05),there was no significant the difference in each genotype group STK39 geners35929607 blood sodium level control(P>0.05).6.logistic regression model was established,and the final results of the model were as follows: glycerin three fat,fasting blood glucose,high density lipoprotein,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and smoking history,the OR values were: 4.62,8.61,0.12,7.22,8.16.Conclusions:1.The polymorphism of rs3754777 and rs35929607 in STK39 gene may not be associated with cerebral hemorrhage in Changsha Han population in Hunan.2.The polymorphism of rs3754777 and rs35929607 in STK39 gene may be associated with hypertension and serum sodium levels in Changsha Han population in Hunan.
