Objective:To explore the relationship between diet and gastric cancer in Xinjiang,and to provide some clues for the primary prevention of gastric cancer,and to understand the relationship between dietary riboflavin,plasma riboflavin levels and gastric cancer.Methods : the related literature at home and abroad and combining with the characteristics of Xinjiang diet,jointly develop the questionnaire;choose to live in Xinjiang for 20 years in the crowd,a retrospective case-control study was performed in a population-based survey,102 cases,204 Cases in the control group;univariate and multivariate non conditional Logistic regression analysis.Results:Study suggests often eat badam,walnut,milk,milk lump for the protection factor,OR = 0.02,0.1560.137,0.292;long-term intake,barbecue,grilled internal organs,bacon,samsa,smoking and without eat breakfast,can increase the risk of gastric cancer,OR values :4.271,22.962,22.969,8.291,24.146,11.458.Select the different amount of dietary riboflavin intake in patients with gastric cancer(gastric cancer patients diet rich in riboflavin,lack of dietary riboflavin in patients with gastric cancer)and healthy population of 20 people each.The determination of plasma riboflavin levels,through the t test,a preliminary understanding of the relationship between the intake of riboflavin,plasma riboflavin levels and gastric cancer.Plasma riboflavin levels in normal subjects(1.6674 + 0.37009)was significantly higher than that in patients with gastric cancer(0.7641 + 0.11906),there was significant difference(P<0.05);while eating rich riboflavin in gastric cancer group(0.7950 + 0.12621)and eat less riboflavin in gastriccancer group(07331 + 0.11191),no difference in plasma riboflavin level two.Conclusion:Xinjiang region of the characteristics of nuts and dairy products can reduce the incidence of gastric cancer,barbecue can significantly increase the risk of gastric cancer;it is necessary to strengthen the health education of the people of Xinjiang the improvement of unhealthy eating habits,advocate the scientific way of life,in order to reduce the incidence of gastric cancer;Riboflavin levels in plasma of patients with gastric cancer was significantly lower than the normal population,and eat different food levels of riboflavin does not affect plasma riboflavin level.
