Objective: Analyzing the incidence and influencing factors of pregnancy complication in 15,340 maternal Urumqi City to provide evidence for reducing the incidence of complication.Methods: A total of 15,340 maternity patients who were hospitalized in three medical institutions such as the People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,Urumqi Maternal and Child Health Hospital and the First People’s Hospital of Urumqi were selected as the subjects from January 1 to December 31,2016.The use of the National Maternal and Child Health Monitoring Office of China’s critical pregnant women hospital monitoring "maternal case questionnaire" to investigate the survey,including maternal general situation,past maternal pregnancy situation,present maternal delivery situation,present maternal hospital whether there is complications associated with pregnancy,childbirth,and mattress.The univariate logistic regression model was established to explore the relationship between pregnancy complications and research indexes.The stepwise forward method fitting multivariate logistic regression model was used to further explore the influencing factors of pregnancy complications.Results: 1)Among the 15,340 maternal patients,8263 were diagnosed with complication,accounting for 53.87% of the total maternal.A total of 10986 cases of pregnancy complications were detected.The higher detection rate of complications among them such as anemia,gestational diabetes mellitus,premature rupture of membranes,oligohydramnios,mild preeclampsia,severe preeclampsia and hypothyroidism,respectively 37.50%,7.40%,3.10%,2.93%,2.52%,2.41%,1.81% respectively.2)Anemia detection rate is higher.3)Cesarean section rate(54.18%)higher than the national average cesarean section rate.4)Maternal age,education level,the number of prenatal care,termination of pregnancy gestational age,the number of fetuses,fetal weight and other factors affected the pregnancy complications detection rate.Conclusion: The detection rate of complications of pregnancy is high,which should be paid more attention to the high risk factors of maternal,effectively reduce the occurrence of complications of pregnancy and ensure the safety of mother and baby.
