Objective To explore the effect of fast track surgery combined with continuity of care in the Intracerebral hemorrhageMethods A total of 60 patients with Intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into the study group(n=30),and the control group(n=30),the control group received routine nursing measures, while the control group received routine nursing measures plus fast track surgery(FTS)measures at the time of hospitalization and continuity of care after discharge.Compared two groups of patients with hospitalization time, the total costs, complications, muscle strength,ADL,NIHSS,FMA.Results 1.The complications, hospitalization time and total costs of the study group were lower than the control group.(p<0.05)2.Scores of upper limb muscle strength in the two groups were all improved when leaving hospital and 3 months after discharge, and scores of the study group were significantly higher than the control group(p<0.05)at 3 months after discharge.3.Scores of leg muscle strength in the two groups were all improved when leaving hospital and 3 months after discharge, and scores of the study group were significantly higher than the control group(p<0.05).4.Scores of ADL in the two groups were all improved when leaving hospital and 3 months after discharge, and scores of the study group were significantly higher than the control group(p<0.05).5.Scores of NIHSS in the two groups were all decreased when leaving hospital and 3 months after discharge, and scores of the study group were significantly lower than the control group(p<0.05)at 3 months after discharge.6.Scores of FMA in the two groups were all improved when leaving hospital and 3 months after discharge, and scores of the study group were significantly higher than the control group(p<0.05)Conclusion(1)Fast track surgery applied to patients with Intracerebral hemorrhage can reduce complications, shorten the time of hospitalization(2)Fast track surgery combined with continuity of care applied to patients with Intracerebral hemorrhage can improve Activities of Daily Living and accelerate rehabilitation. |
