The investigation shows that formaldehyde is the main pollutant in the indoor air of the residents.At the same time,some studies have shown that formaldehyde causes the toxic reaction of the rat's olfactory and hippocampal neurons.In order to confirm that the toxicity and the study of toxic mechanism of formaldehyde on human neural cells,this subject selected the human neuroblastoma cell line(SH-SH5Y)and human astrocytomas glioblastoma cells(U87MG)to simulate the vivo human neurons and glial cells,and test formaldehyde nerve cells exposure in vitro.I designed the exposed group with different concentrations of formaldehyde(2mmol/L?1mmol/L?0.5mmol/L?0.25mmol/L?0.125mmol/L?0.625mmol/L?0.313mmol/L)in different time(24h?48h?72h)because of no access to the data related of formaldehyde exposure.Meanwhile,the Control group was set up in order to observe the cellular morphology and test CCK-8.Then pick the concentration of formaldehyde of adjacent 50% & 10% to expose two kinds of nerve cell,and at the same time,to test the level of intracellular oxidative stress and apoptosis related protein.Result specification:1.when the concentration of formaldehyde is 0.25mmol/L,and the action time is 24 hours,the cell viability of SH-SH5Y?U87MG is close to 50%;the concentration of formaldehyde1mmol/L,the action time 24 hours,the cell viability of SH-SH5Y?U87MG close to 10%.2.The level of oxidative stress and apoptosis related protein are positively related to the rate of apoptosis after cell exposure,so the apoptosis of SH-SH5Y?U87MG is due to the decrease of intracellular antioxidant capacity and the expression of apoptotic protein.3.Under the condition of the same formaldehyde concentration,the degree of U87 MG cell fragmentation and the expression of apoptotic protein are more obvious than SH-SH5 Y,then it can speculate that presumed that people exposed to formaldehyde pollution for a long time may increase the probability of neurodegenerative disease.
