Objective1?To retrospective study the present situation of asymptomatic hyperuricemia and its related disease.2?To find the potential hazard of asymptomatic hyperuricemia.3?To investigation the way to solve high incidence of ptomatic hyperuricemia.Methods1?Chester sampling some of the more influential hospitals in China East region?Jiangsu?Zhejiang?Shanghai and Anhui provinces?,names of these hospitals are Hefei Binghu hospital,Nanjing Drum Tower Hospatal-The Affliliated Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School,Zhenjiang First People's Hospital,Wuxi People's Hospital,Suzhou Municipal Hospital,Shanghai Ruijin hospital,People's hospital of Hangzhou Medical College-Zhejiang provincial People's hospital,The first Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University-The First Provincial Wenzhou Hospital of Zhejiang et al.Grouped by serum UA lab test result for all the patiens came to these hopitals after the time of Jan 1^st 2010.2?To analyse the difference between HUA group and non HUA group,according to the record in the information system used in clinic laboratory?LIS,Laboratory information system?.3?In spite of every test platform pass the quality evaluation of NCCL?Ministry of health clinical testing center?,but differences exist between each target value that difficult to compare directly.According to reference range the test result will be positive or negative that is convenient to make a comparision.This research testing adopt AU series imported automatic biochemical analyzer as Biochemical project instrumentation and Dx I series Luminous tester as immunoassay instrument,which is based on Beckman coulter's platform.The related lab participate in quality assessment of Ministry of Health and achieve satisfied result.According to relevant regulations and Requirements of the Ministry of health They make admeasurement after having get results of internal quality control and release the final result to clinical.4?Analytical methods for statistical analysis and logical analysis.Through the analysis of the results,the conclusion is drawn through logical analysis.Results1,After screening 85.71%of all the patients can be used for analysis.2,The relevance ratio of HUA is 14.84%,15.22%,15.48%,15.10%in Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai,Anhui provinces.3,In single factor analysis HUA group shows statistical difference in the tests of ALB?AST?BUN?CHOL?CREA?Ferrin?Glu?HCY?TP?TRIG?Testo?FRT4.4,In Multifactor Logistic analysis,BUN?CREA?CHOL?TP?TRIG show statistical difference between HUA&Non-HUA group.Conclusion1?In all the relevance ratio oh HUA 15.14%is high,there is statistical difference between male and female.There is a downward trend of HUA occurrence ratio from 30 to39 years of age,compared with 20 to 29 years old.Males show a slow decline trend after30 years old but get higher ratio than female before 80 years old.Females appear an upward trend that is not very slow and present more ratio than males after 80 years old with the trend of sustained growth.Jiangsu's relevance ratio oh HUA is statistical lower.2?HUA maybe is related to BUN,CREA,CHOL,TRIG,FT3,FRT4,TP.3?Behavioral intervention is effective to HUA.At the same time,Medicine treatment should be standardized.Early screening of HUA may be helpful.
