Interlocking Intramedullary Nail And Locking Plate In The Treatment Of Clinical Observation Of Two Or Three-part Fractures Of Proximal Humerus

Objective: a retrospective analysis of surgical treatment of two-part fractures of proximal humerus and internal fixation choice of intramedullary nail and locking plate which way is better,in order to get optimal treatment,and reduce the risk of complications for ideal shoulder function,provides data for the accumulation of theoretical and clinical application of reference.Methods: Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of Orthopedics and the first hospital of Jilin University March 2013 to March 2015 for two-part fractures of the proximal humerus in all cases.Compliance and regular follow-up of cases classified as two groups: intramedullary nail section and locking plate section.Two groups of operation time and bleed,postoperative shoulder function in Neer score and fracture healing time for statistical analysis,the evaluation group and its related influencing factors.Results: found in intramedullary nailing in the Group were bleeding and surgery time is less than the lock plate,difference was statistically significant(p<0.05)?Compared two groups of postoperative recovery of joint function of the shoulder found intramedullary nailing in the postoperative recovery of joint function of the shoulder than the locking plate group.Statistics on the two sets of postoperative complications,intramedullary nailing in the group a total of 1 cases of complications,locking plates set of 4 cases.<0.05)?Conclusions: the test believes that using locking plate in treatment of soft tissue damage is heavy,to increased bleeding,tissue recovery process slower.Intramedullary nailing in the treatment of soft tissue gain good recovery,reduce risk of superficial infection and delayed healing,against postoperative functional recovery of the shoulder.Results showed that by using intramedullar...
